University of south carolina beaufort Review

I'm currently a senior at USCB and honestly I would have been lost when I transferred here 2 years ago if it hadn't of been for Katie Deal in financial aid. I had no clue how to take out loans or even figure out if I qualified for anything. Katie pretty much took me under her wing and pointed me in the right direction so I could have the means to make it to graduation. She has always gone above and beyond for me and has spent hours upon hours trying to find the best loan for me. For any incoming students or parents trying to get financial help, I highly recommend you go see Katie. USCB has really found a gem with her!

Set in downtown Beaufort City, this picturesque campus has degrees in the Arts, Sciences and Business/Hospitality.

I thought USCB was a good school until i lived on campus. The housing staff is racist. They don't follow the rules of the handbook. They give students no privacy. They let your roommates steal without any consequences. One housing staff member i would like to point out is Ms. Whaley who attacks students who live on campus because she think she has power over everyone. Mrs. Burks-hale has made many vulgar comments to my girlfriend because of the color of her skin. For the students that are here today on acceptance day, you still have time to make the right decision. Choosing the college you wanna go to for the next four years is the biggest decision of your life.

All depends on what you want out of higher Ed.

A college with A LOT of potential. A good foundation for academics needs improvement student life opportunities...and it needs more shady trees for outdoor events and quad seating

Good school if you want to be surrounded by dogs all day and possibly walking in dog poop all the time. I didn't come here to be at a doggy day care center. Probably going to transfer because I don't like being awoken by barking at 3 am and the housing staff sucks! Not to mention at the beginning of the semester one of the dorms were infested with fleas!

USCB is a great School! Highly recommend for all students! I went 09 to 13 and loved it and the change/advancements since then are stellar! The students I spoke with recently all speak loudly about the AWESOME dorms!
