University of maryland medical center midtown campus Review

Greatest hospital experience in my adult life... The ER staff was amazing... I was taken straight to a bed, given a hot blanket & immediately administered IV fluids... The nursing staff was extremely attentive... I was given 3 hot meals... (even though I couldn't eat) Head Nurse came & introduced herself to me to see if everything was OK... Doctors were great as well... Best customer service and customer care in Baltimore... Keep up the good work...

They give you the best and fastest service i have had in years

The doctors in the ER are students basically ran by a overseeing Doctor Who never has the time to actually come see what's going on with you, they release you and yet you wind up in another hospital the next morning for three months. Although this place said I'd be just fine go home and drink plenty of fluids.

The nursing staff, doctors, and social worker were so kind to me and my family during my husband's stay. I truly appreciate their kindheartedness, understanding, and care while he was there.

We had a yearly physical at the Pediatrician facility. The whole staff was very nice. The doctor who saw us was insightful. The assistant nurse was sweet and took great care of my daughter.
Very good people working there. A special thank you to Miss Edna. She went above and made sure we had everything we needed from our previous pediatrician. We enjoy our visit.

Location is convenient with affordable parking if your ticket is validated. You can schedule appointments with all types of health care professionals. Customer service is great and staff are friendly.

Well, I felt safe from covid, it seem like the hospital was doing there part to keep me safe ! My Dr. Appt., went well, staff was very helpful, and timely.

The staff who answered the phone for me today were very rude! They don t let you complete your sentence on why you re calling before rudely putting you on hold.. I m just trying to get a update on my mom who was admitted there and I haven t heard from a nurse or anyone since she s been there as of last night. Then they gave me a room number that s not in service smh... I ve was rudely placed on hold for almost 30 mins now..

This is by far the best hospital I have ever had the pleasure of being in. I had to stay a couple nights due to complication but every doctor every nurse everyone were so nice it was amazing. If it weren t for COVID I would have personally hugged everyone of them instead we all settled for a fist bump. Amazing people.
