The staff who answered the phone for me today were very rude! They don t let you complete your sentence on why you re calling before rudely putting you on hold.. I m just trying to get a update on my mom who was admitted there and I haven t heard from a nurse or anyone since she s been there as of last night. Then they gave me a room number that s not in service smh... I ve was rudely placed on hold for almost 30 mins now..
