Worst hospital ever. They blew 2 of my 10 years sons veins trying to draw blood and did not properly diagnose him. We ended up back in the ER at a different hospital a day later where he was properly treated and diagnosed.
I waited for over 7 hours at this hospital to have literally nothing done. I came in for a follow up from an accident I had two weeks ago. Remind you I am pregnant they have already checked the baby two weeks ago everything was OK. However I was having back problems which led them to do nothing for me and only check the baby and the baby has been fine because I have seen my OB doctor plus gone to the hospital right after the accident. As I m at this facility my back continues to progress worse. I informed them that my back was hurting even more because they kept having me to lie on my back. They didn t show any kind of concern to me and as I was leaving the hospital my back was hurting more than what it was when I went in there. Save yourself the trip to this hospital and go to a better one if possible.
This is probably a the best hospital that I have ever been too. Was there two days for a knee replacement,. Had the most excellence of service. Thank you guys for all that you do.
My mother was brought in by ambulance and dropped off in the waiting area before I arrived to the hospital. We sat in the waiting room for over 4 HOURS! This is not the definition of Emergency room. This institution needs to do better. This is unacceptable when your loved ones are in serious pain and distress in need of help. What is the criteria for being seen in a timely manner? I couldn t be more disappointed and disheartened in our health care system.
Absolutely dreadful don't waste you're time coming here unless you like waiting 7+ hours for a room you'll never get I came in for a severe head injury in severe pain I came around 9pm got check in and registered and thought I'd be taken back immediately few minutes later 10 people show up check in few minutes to when they sat down there called in almost immediately I left at 3:18am I'm checking into a better hospital that won't mess around I recommend the one in fort Washington don't waste you're time here if you're having an emergency
Don t leave there without a printed copy of your medical record. Because they will not be off any assistance after the fact. They will lie to you and tell you that they will send to your primary care doctor. That s a lie. Protect yourself. Sincerely Julie Huggins post Gallbladder surgery
I wish I could give it a 0. Dirty bathrooms, rude, disgusting staff. I am currently in the hospital after suffering a stroke and has been here for 35+ hours with no nurse checking on me and no medication. I was suppose to be transferring to another hospital 17 hours ago and I m still here. Worst hospital ever. Best hospital if you d like to die.
WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. My friend came in the ambulance due to a back injury and loss of feeling in her limbs along with not being able to walk without help. This facility placed her in the waiting room after being transported by ambulance. The staff is amazingly RUDE. The employees did not show compassion nor professionalism. Mark in the ER was especially rude and could not answer a simple question that I asked. After this company showed more interest in getting my friends insurance information instead of what her well being was we decided to leave. We asked for help because she could not walk by herself and were REFUSED HELP. The receptionists was the only decent person who seemed to show concern about the severity of the situation. I don't even live in Maryland and this facility was so terrible I felt the need to leave a review. Don't waste your time here please.
Considering my grandfather had an aneurysm in his leg, that led up to his stomach, and instead of being flown to Baltimore, he was sent home and were to make an appointment DAYS LATER. If it were any later, he could ve died. Again, my grandmother kept getting sent home when she had a bowel obstruction when she should ve stayed there. This hospital already has 2 stars and I can see why.
The worst experience!!!! Rude & incompetent nurses & doctors!!! The ER Doctor Alexander Sungjoo Myong, MD had me in the room waiting to be seen for 4 HOURS! I m 6 months pregnant had abdominal pain & was checked. I was also given medication with no follow up once my results came back so who knows if I should keep taking this medication or not & once again I m pregnant so I don t need to take medication if that s not the issue!!!! Come to find out today he only submitted half of the testing we discussed & I m still in pain! I speak with the nurse Lexi who was very rude & wanted to argue with me when I explained my experience & told me we are doing our jobs & you ll just have to come back in & wait to be seen ! After I already waited 4 hours to not have the correct testing so instead of going back and forth I hang up call back and get the weekend supervisor Dan who was nice but of absolutely no help at all when explaining the wrong doing of his staff! I understand I have to come back in but nobody wanted to help me at 6 months pregnant to allow me to come in & be seen immediately instead of waiting hours which he told me it wasn t a good day to come into the ER because it s packed! Absolutely ridiculous & no accountability!!!! They just rush you in & out & charge you ridiculously high bills for nothing then tell you to come back in & see them! I will be calling the director Monday!!! Absolutely unacceptable! I m really reconsidering having a hospital birth! This experience really disgusted me!
