I would rather suffer a thousand paper cuts all over my body than have to use this company for anything. If completely closing my credit card wouldn t hurt my credit score I would have done this years ago. Simple tasks such as just trying to use the website to reset my password online it s legitimately impossible. This company is a joke, your website blows, it s 2021, figure it out.

Everyone goes out of their way to help and in any way they can. Recently Ally Gonzalez took time to help me problem solve an app issue and a refund back to my account. She also gave me her direct number and which I did call her later and so sweet and helpful. I love this bank!

This office has worst customer service for years in a row. I call and call during business hours and they never pick up. And their over draft fees are a scam. U remove overdraft protection so ur card gets declined and they enroll u again without ur permission so they can get those sweet $30 fees that they hate to refund when u call them out on the scam.
They charge an excessive use fee to move money from ur savings account. After 2 transactions in a month they charge u $2. If u move money more I've had fees up to $12. So far ive been charged $45 in the last year before I even realized it!

Please avoid if possible. I banked with them for 6 years. But then they closed my account without informing me especially after I called them and told that I had already started the process of moving the money from a different account.

Me and my wife have been customers here for about 2 years now. If you walk into a location, their service is wonderful, however most things I've needed to contact them for have not been things that I needed to come into the location for. Their automated answering service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Unless you're trying to get a loan, start a mortgage, it's useless. I've tried calling multiple times on 4 separate occasions and all 4 times I've waited on hold for over 15 minutes, 2 times I waited a half hr. Two of the 4 times I tried selecting the call back option so I didn't have to wait any more on the phone, but never received a call back. Overall this poor service has really soured what would otherwise be a good experience. Hopefully they see this and change their answering system, because as it is now, I'd probably go with another option if things don't get better.

Can easily give me a new SUV loan without being in person to sign, while living out of state and not being a qualifyt member of their Credit Union, all while having near perfect credit, BUT can't do an RV loan for me simply because I don't live in Iowa. Ridiculous! I can take up residency in Iowa for 30 days and then qualify, go get an RV loan from them, and they'll be none the wiser because of their dumb policies. I bet that policy doesn't save them from any repos. 2 stars because the lady was nice and enduring, even with her deep breaths and sigh's. Disappointed, let down, and feeling kinda untrustworthy.

Only 2 stars because it s a better location then others in town. Expensive overdraft fees and easy to overdraft when charges are always pending. Got Double charged for a computer I bought and got a second refund a week or so later and didn t even look into it when I asked them too Just telling me it was stimulus money causing Overdraft fees for the whole week. switching banks.
