My Kids And Family Love this Place specially Volcano Bay, We will come Back Again

Bend over and prelube is going to hurt. Few cool things didn't out weight the high cost. Poor service and waiting in lines.

What an amazing place to bring your family. My 13 yr old was thrilled with all the rides and so was I. The convenience of the Tapu Tapu makes it so easy to pay for anything without having to worry about bringing money and getting it wet. Lockers were very inexpensive and 3 different locations within the park for you to use.

Just visited for the first time. Overall, I feel a little underwhelmed for how much money is spent. Lots of virtual rides- some of them pretty amazing like the Harry Potter stuff. Others are older and really just shake you around some. And a few rides like Fast and Furious, were just overall disappointing. I'd be embarrased in how poorly it represented the movie if I created that ride. I had fun, but for all the money it costs, I would have liked to have experienced more. It stinks waiting forever for a ride only for it to last a few moments. Especially in high heat and humidity. Or to not be able to go on a ride because others have virtually checked in is crazy to me. If they aren't there and you physically are there and ready to go, you should be allowed to do so. They could make some improvements in other areas as well: better signs directing consumers where to go. With such a large crowds of visitors, it's hard to locate entrences. Another might be to get rid of all the cheerleaders they have after each ride. It's kind of uncomfortable. You go on a simple ride like Dr. Seuss and return to have a team cheering "you made it! Welcome back! You survived!" Was I not supposed to survive Dr. seuss? This after each ride is a bit much. Lastly- lose or reduce the amount of survey people. They are everywhere you go trying to leave. And you might be stopped by more than 1. You shouldn't have to be hassled multiple times like that every day trying to leave. It would be nice to have more drinking fountains too. Not everyone wants to carry around a special refill cup that would spill in a bag, or spend $5 everytime they need a drink. But you need to stay hydrated in the FL heat. So more drinking fountains would be nice. One positive that they do have is some lines for waiting for rides have fans to help keep you cool and that is much appreciated

So much fun! We got to come because my sister was receiving some medical treatments. All of it was tons of fun! The only downside was that the Hogwarts Express was broken, other than that, all went well and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!

Love it here! During Covid they have made changes that I rather enjoy. Many less people, ride operators giving mandatory hand sanitizer before boarding each ride, good social distancing rules, mandatory face coverings and staff members constantly cleaning.

I m a huge roller coaster fan, universal and IOA are the best.

Lines aren't as long, they have designed smoking areas unlike Disney. More things to do-loved it. Felt it was better than Disney.

Is great, but is extremely expensive. Food is completely gross expensive, the workers should have more manner, they are quite rude, should be more welcoming, Because this place full of tourist from around the world.

Love this place so much. It's super fun and never overcrowded if you go during the off-season. The staff are great and this can certainly be done on a budget if you pay attention.

I have nothing good to say. Wait, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The park wasn't very clean. The train from on park to the other closes before the fireworks. Really!!!!! Boring and overpriced.

Absolutely amazing. Way way better than Disney. Definitely will return. The child swap area on every ride saves tons of time.

Magic, fantasy, an experience out of this world where people can be a family.

Attempted to visit Volcano Bay. Weather caused the park to close some attractions. Staff very helpful and informative. Was able to get tickets for next day and parking because we did not enter park.

My first time here and it was just amazing! I definitely recommend getting an Express Pass. It's pricey but worth it. I did both Parks (non water) in a day. Harry Potter fans rejoice! Butterbeer is here and fantastic! Diagon Alley! Be sure to explore, so much to see, do, and buy! I can't wait to come back!

Its ALWAYS so exciting to visit this park! Everytime we come there is always something different and new to see and do. The staff members throughout the park were so helpful and kind. The park did a fantastic job in their efforts to keep the social distancing, keep hands clean, and disinfect the rides. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience in a difficult time.

My family enjoyed ourselfs at Universal. We didn't even get to do everything we wanted to do, but still had a full busy day. Mel's dinner is a good choice if you want burgers and other food. Good for the dinning plan. All the rides we did go on we enjoyed too.

Universal people were so nice and accommodating! Went to Halloween Horror Nights twice & had a blast with the acters walking around! Harry Potter ride is also wheelchair accessible!!!

Great time! The Spiderman ride was one of the best theme park rides I've been on. The Harry Potter world was also incredibly immersive.

Harry Potter sections were Amazing! the restaurants were delicious! I highly recommend getting the multiple park ticket to be able to ride the Hogwarts express between the parks!

There are a lot of great attractions and restaurants. The park isn't really made for everyone, it was sad to see so many people unable to ride certain rides because the seats were to small. A lot of the sections were cool, but everything was empty in comparison to the Harry Potter section. I overall enjoyed going, it was just very obvious that the main goal was to get money, it's like that at many parks but it was particularly blatant there. I think that for what's there it's a bit too expensive but not a complete waste.

I like everything about this place with the exception of the enormous cost. Still though, a Greta place to go on vacation!

So much fun! And the new park, Volcano Bay, is done right. Great experience!

I went for halloween horror nights. It was mind blowing! Exspecially the 3D transformers ride.

Always an awesome time with the family. You can do both parks in one day especially during the slow times which i great. Went for HHN and such a great overall experience. Cant wait till next year!!!

Citywalk requires reservations weeks if not months in advance. Once you get in, it's tasty.

Universal is starting to come into it's own and finally have a bit of an atmosphere about it, it had always just felt like a theme park, but they are slowly but surely trying to turn it into an overall experience. The addition of the Harry potter park has certainly helped.

Amazing place for the kids and adults who are young at heart.. Many of the grandparents bring their lovely children to enjoy the place. It has many movie themed rides, shows.

Love this place. I'm a pass holder, and we still haven't been able to finish everything.

Had a really great time! The weather was nice. I enjoyed refilling my cup for free. Lol. Think it was 12 or 14 dollars for the cup. Don't remember.. next time I will get express pass. The lines were extremely long but worth it!

1st time here and I'm not disappointed at ALL! Can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

Its is one of the best attraction places u may ever visit... clean big and fine resturants... city walk is very amazing

Really impressed with all of the efforts to keep the public safe from the virus. Yes some of them are irritating but the place is half empty so things move fast. The new virtual lines through the app is great

First time coming to Universal and we had a blast. We had Express passes and were able to ride every ride (a few of them twice) in 2 days and had plenty of time leftover to enjoy. Even though it was Spring Break, it didn't packed because the employees did such a great job of moving people along. The Harry Potter World is absolutely fabulous! Escape from Gringotts is one of the best rides I have even been on!

Wonderful rides! Should definitely do the Hulk Buster! And the King Kong Skull Island,
All the 3D thrillers are great, except the Fast and the Furious, it was the worst ride that I've been in.
Food is awesome, The Express pass is definitely worth the money. All rides can be done.

Had a great time at Universal. Primarily went to enjoy the Harry Potter/Hogwarts experience. Lineup was a bit long (60 minutes) going into the castle but the overall experience was worth it.

Good for families and friends, So much fun and it worth every penny

I was only here to see Diagon Alley and it did not disappoint! I love how the entrance was hidden and totally felt the authenticity while walking around. It's best to get there early if you truly want to experience everything!

Amazing theme park. Simply, Amazing. As a person who's not really into Harry Potter or many other themes, this park still has some of the best rides I've ever been on! Highly recommend!

I came here last week with my husband and teenage kids and although they enjoyed the rides, most of them were 3D and 4D rides and they tend to give me motion sickness. We queued up for one ride which seated 4 people and they refused to seat us all in the same car. I explained that we're a family of four, but they were rude and very unhelpful. Will go back to Disney next time, they were much more family friendly.

NOT a disappointment! Such a fun place, so many different rides, such good food and loads of fun!

Another world. There are millions of words, that you can say about Universal Studios, but you definitely have to visit at least one time in your life.

One of the best parks in the world for sure! Do get early to avoid huge lines. Always go first to Harry Potter rides which are the ones with most demand.

Rides are fab food is poor and expensive staff are fab, and side is in need of. A fix up

Universal studios is a different experience from Disney World. We have been to both and like both, however, we prefer universal studios. Harry Potter is really well done, but it is the other rides that make us prefer universal. In the lines at universal there are always other things to do or watch to make the lines much more enjoyable. Lines are never great but are inevitable so having minion instruction, or MiB clips and carryover from the movies or transformers video clips and entertainment before the ride make it more interesting. It seems as though universal has thought through the entire ride experience not just the ride itself. Fantastic staff and experience.

A delightful park to walk around! Clean and attractive. The magic of Diagonal Alley and Hogsmeade aren't fully captured by pictures. The level of detail is awesome. My only complaint is that there is a long line for everything on a Saturday.

We stayed ajacent to the park and visited quite a few times. Friendly staff and a brilliant magical place to go. we found night time best and magical

Clean room. Many amenities for children to enjoy. Close to parks. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

I love city walk one of my fave spots. I usually go to walk around or go to the movies. Plus I love the donut shop voodoo its amazing!! Mhm donuts!!

Great place just not for little kids theres not much to do for little ones most rides they have to be 37 to 42 inches tall to get on . Its better to take the little ones to Disney world they can get on almost 90 percent of the rides !!

Fantastic experience for both adults and kids. Need atleast 2 days if you want to do it leisurely.

Very clean. No trashy people. If u can afford it, get the fast pass. We did both parks in 1 day by getting them

Small free lockers would not hold hardly any items.
Diagon alley seemed very crowded and chaotic.
Disability accommodations were very good and the guest services were very kind and helpful.
The rides were very enjoyable and/or exciting.

We got the deal pass. Super excited to go but unfortunately every worker we encountered in the Harry Potter area of Islands of adventure was so RUDE. We had our masks up and they rudely kept telling us we re not aloud to remove the masks or to bring it back down. Which we never did. the hand sanitizer smells like pure liquor they make you put on before every ride, which is good they re being precautionary but it REEKS. We had to wait for the train when no one else did because the worker didn't make someone in our party put hand sanitizer on then waited until the train left to tell us why we weren t aloud on. Which we kindly ended up putting on ....
Just overall the staff was rude most everywhere other then the entrance sections. Disappointed to say the least .

AMAZING PLACE. lots of places to go and just in general amazing but please I'm warning you to bring comfortable shoes because if you want to get what you paid for. Your gonna stay there the whole day like me and your feet are going to hurt

Basic room. Booked it because we were going to universal and it made sense.

Great fun but... if you can, avoid going there on holidays or special events, because it gets really packed. During those days one can easily loose 2+ hours in line for one single attraction.

Great place. Been to Halloween Fright Nights two years in a row. Great productions.
Stranger Things was awesome both years.

Love this place. Go several times throughout the year. Harry Potter world is amazing. The concerts are a nice addition, as well as the Mardi gras offerings. Always a great time.

Great venue for family and all ages. Rides, stores, food and entertainment galore. Go and enjoy yourself. You won't be sorry.

Great Park! Wish they would bring Jaws back! E.T. is an underrated ride great work goes in to all the rides and line designs here.

Did the Halloween horror night for the 2nd year in a row , already planning my 3rd .. Much better than there mad expensive rivals

First time here 12/31/19. Too many people and lines for rides are ridiculous long. Popular rides can wait as long as 5 hours. Your best bet is low peak season.

Such a fun place to visit! Sure do miss JAWS though.

Great place to bring the family. A good selection of rides to suit most people but too many CGI rides for my tastes. A good splash of entertainment throughout the parks for your enjoyment. Only real complaint is the gate prices. A little stiff and horribly so if you want the Express Pass. Besides that we enjoyed our days there very much.

My son loved the interactive wand experience from Harry Potter. After 4pm the lines become shorter

My wife and I love coming to Universal for Halloween. Every year the lines seem to be longer, though. 100 minute waits for a 2 minute haunted house is too much. Fast pass tickets are even more expensive than the standard ticket you have to buy also.

Great place. Great atmosphere. Wonderful and helpful staff. There are many rides and shows. I enjoyed all the rides. If you intend to play the same ride many times, it is highly recommended to have the unlimited Express pass. However, if you intend to go on some selected rides only once, then it recommended to purchase the Express pass.

Loved it to the core. If you need to decide between Disney and Universal, just go to Universal IOA

It's AMAZING! The rides are really cool, its has something for everyone to enjoy, from children to adults. It's wonderful to create memories here.

City walk is fantastic to get great food and party with friends.

They have really made this a great park. Buy the express pass if your trying to do both parks in one day though

The park is fun .. Gave it 3 stars because their haunted houses are not at all scary... Stranger this was very short and not worth the wait. It was more comical than anything! I could have done without that and Us haunted attraction ..

The new star wars galaxy ride at Universal studios is just mind blowing. You feel as you have stepped into a new planet with all the effects around you. It was as if someone placed you into the Star Wars movies. I could not believe what an amazing job they did. The ride itself was like been in an actual spaceship and you are part of the characters in the movie. It is a must !!!!!!!!!
