Our family went through the Make-A-Wish foundation for our daughter and out of Disney Universal and SeaWorld, Universal has blown our minds! They were so attentive to our daughter and us and they were truley overjoyed to service us! They were all polite, kind and smiling faces!

Although it was so hot it was worth it there were so many rides and the 3D rides looked so real and my favorite ride was E.T and we even got a free meal because we had a meal ticket. I would recommend this place and most likely come back. It's even better than Disney.

One of my favorite theme parks. Plus it has Harry Potter world which makes it all the more magical. I recommend getting tickets that allow you to visit both parks so that you can utilize the train. Even if you dont like Harry Potter, it will allow you to travel to the other park more quickly and then you wont have to walk all the way out of the park and back in the other.
Loved it when an adult can scream like a fool and not be looked at like you have lost your mind. Had a great time on vacation with my children.
Had An Alright Time. 10 Of Us In Our Group Waited For Over 2 Hours On The King Kong Ride And Never Moved. The Ride Was Broke Down And They Never Advised After 2 Hours 15 Minutes+ We Left The Ride Without Riding. 2 1/2 Hours I'll Never Get Back From Our Vacation Which Is Limited And Highly Valued.
With all the new social distancing rules universal still delivers a fantastic experience, they have face masks on site and have everything clearly marked so you can enjoy the park experience and still follow their social distancing guidelines. They also have temperature check points when leaving their hotel resorts and you get a wristband clearing you to enter the parks. Well done Universal!
It was a great experience! We were a large group, so were kind of skeptical about going to ask the rides, but with the front of the line pass, we were able to go on almost all the major attractions. I especially liked Diagon Alley. As a Harry Potter fan it was like a dream come true moment. The whole place was constructed to almost the exact same replica of the Alley from the movies. It was fun going around the magic shops and getting to buy some of the movie merchandise. You really do feel like you are in a different world.
Just not for us. Best for 11-year-olds. Some of the rides were good: the guys liked those. Everything in Harry Potter was an upsell: wands for $55/wand and it would have cost us another $271 for the train ride because we did not have a 2 park pass. Food at the seafood restaurant very average as expected and the wait was very long. Like I said, not for us.
Islands of adventure is the better park and Volcano Bay is unbelievable. Different feel from Disney, but we loved it. We became.annual passholders!
I loved this place 20 years ago when I went. It has went downhill since then. The theming is very well done but don't waste your money on express passes, we waited and average of 45 minutes with express passes. Interactions with employees is very hit and miss, some are very helpful and nice, others are not helpful and some are even rude. Mobile food ordering needs some work, we ordered food and we were never notified our food was ready. We also experienced rides stopping while in line or on the rides pretty frequently.

Yeah can check it off my bucket list. Very pricey to get in the park and to be honest a waste of my money. Was no where near what I wanted it to be. Maybe you will have a better experience. But me wont go back. I will save my money and go do something else
I love to ride the super star shuttle buses to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Waterpark Orlando, formerly Wet&Wild Orlando & Universal Orlando Resort every year and that includes several hotels or resorts nearby.
Fantastic! No wait for rides on a Thursday in January. Trying to do two parks in one day is a little crazy.
Great place to stay. Works out perfectly if you are going to the park from this location with the boat taxi which is free. Or a easy 5 minute walk. If you are staying to relax then they have a great pool with a bar nearby.
Long lines for adult rides. Would like to see more rides that may cur down the wait times. Something like what volcano bay does. Tap the bracelet and come back at you allotted time
Best park for teenagers. It s a bit different concept from Disney, however, both parks are like a dream for the kids. The lines are so big during the weekend and holidays it s recommended to get express passes or plan your vacation in low
Way too crowded, hour and a half just to get lunch. Hour and a half for Transformers. Two and a half for Harry Potter, two hours for the roller coaster. Hour and a half for Mummy roller coaster. Very disappointing. Ended up standing in line almost the entire day.
Lots of vegetarian/vegan options. Jurassic park was the best part.

If I could give a zero star I would. What AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. Everyone from the ride operators to the lady named Danielle at customer relations that rolled her eyes atvme three times. It used to be better. I have held an annual pass for a cpl years & customer service has gotten extremely bad. Don't waste your money. Head over to Disney or Busch Gardens. Both make you feel welcome.
Having worked at a water park for 5 years growing up, I vowed never to go to another one, but as a passholder, I couldn't not come. Awesome place. Updated, amazing attractions. Completely sweet place. You'll love it! Only wish there were more "Ride Now" slides while you're waiting for an hour or two to ride the one you selected.
The Macy's day parade was really good this year with some really good floats!
Harry Potter rides and theme were awesome and stole the whole show. Hagrid's roller coaster was amazing!

It's worth the money to get the fast pass vip because you can go straight to the front when there's an hour wait for others.
Also try to go during weekdays when it's less busy.
Universal Studios Resort is great. The prices are absolutely outrageous, especially considering the food at most of the places in the park is just average. Needs more restrooms, shading, and food options inside the parks. CityWalk has good food options, at least better than in the parks. The operation of the rides is good, but can be disorderly at some attractions. Also, every attraction is over-exaggerated as being a roller coaster. They are not all roller coasters, even the ones that say they are, just animation. Very professional staff and service. It is a good place, however, is way overpriced.

Still the best park in Orlando in my opinion but it could be better. You definitely want the express pass. Without it the lines are crazy. With it the price tag is crazy but it s worth not having to line up for hours. Keep in mind the park closes early in the winter, I didn t know until it was too late, so try to be there when it opens to get the most out of it. My only complaint is that with the money they charge they could at least give you a wrist band instead of a paper card that you have to keep searching your pockets for every time you go on a ride.
Totally awesome trip. Everyone was absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and well informed to answer questions. Wait lines weren't really a problem for most guests, but because of some Medical issues, they were tough on me. I wish they had places to sit during those long wait times. I had to just give up after awhile.
This property is truly remarkable. From the resorts, Volcano Bay, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and City Walk there truly is something for everyone. I highly recommend Universal Orlando Resort to all who are planning a vacation in Orlando Florida.

Amazing! Something for everyone! The Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and Marvel areas are amazing! I could write a 10 page review about Harry Potter area, but I won't. Splurge and buy fast passes, it's so worth it!

Fun time going to Universal Studios in December. The weather was nice and park decorated for the holiday season. Hagrid s ride was awesome. If you can, highly recommend using the single rider line. The wait time is better. Wish I could have stayed for nighttime lights. But, this is just another reason to plan amount visit.
The Harry Potter theme parks were better than I ever could have imagined, as a lifelong superfan. But the rest of it was mediocre. Prices for food, drinks, and souvenirs were actually not as unreasonable as I expected, though!
Kids are having a blast. New Corona Virus protocols aren't as bad as we thought they would be and the park admissions are low so no long waits!
Just the best time for families big and small alike. And note: You don t need kids to enjoy the park!! There s something for everyone, fans of all genres of movies and the film industry in general. Plenty of rides too. Low and slow for the little ones and big coasters for the kids at heart. Also lots of great food, all kinds and they accommodate for any kind of diet restrictions.
Absolutely had a blast in Universal Orlando Resort. The rides where spectacular and the 4D experience includes a rollercoaster type ride with 3D glasses and a surprise element like wind blowing or water splashing! It felt like you were immersed in the "mini-movie" scenes and that made it worth while. The shops and staff where always smiling and happy to help! Will definitely return back!

Truly amazing; great rides and shows. While going to park try eating at the Chocolate Factory. Amazing decor inside, fine chocolates and great food.
So many great options! The movie theatre does rocky horror picture show every other Friday and Saturday nights! Mini golf is cute and with an annual pass you get a discount. There's a food court that is extremely reasonable for theme park areas and if you forgot any last minute items there are several stores with hats sunglasses sunblock and swimsuits.
This place is great to spend to a pleasant day walking, shopping or simply resting by the water front. I have nothing negative to say

The Island of Adventure was super great!! We had an incredible day with only a few very long waits. The motorcycle coast was incredible and well worth the super long wait. The Hulk was a wonderful must ride coaster.
I mean come-on. Anyone who would give this place any less than 5 stars is crazy. There is so much to do, and the wrist bands(Volcano Bay) are genius. I hope they adapt this to all the other parks. Would solve a lot of waiting issues. I m definitely getting season passes. Worth the money!
The rides are amazing. Recommend however, having a game plan if you are going during peak season or even purchasing an Express pass to decrease ride time however, it's a little pricey which is negative. But overall, pretty solid experience.

Spent two days in two parks of Universal and I am stunned by the experience on rides. There is a lot to do in both the parks and if you plan in advance you can really enjoy your time. Make sure to go there on low or medium crowd day as you will get most out of it and you will not have to spend on express pass. Also do install Universal app to track ride timings.
What more can I say it's Universal Studios. A break away from reality..Can't wait to go back. See you soon.
Good for older kids. The rides are a bit more intense. The Fast and Furious ride could be the worst ride experience I have ever been on. The ride is just bad and you can't help but sit there and ask how did they think was a good idea. But everything else is great. Hulk is a great roller coaster and worth the wait.

Went on President's day and it was PACKED! It seems there's no longer a "slow season" for the theme parks, but we had Universal Express Pass (EP) Unlimited since we were doing both parks in one day. Rode everything we wanted, including some rides multiple times with minimal wait. Wizarding World of Harry Potter was wonderful, even with the huge crowds. I suggest doing the EP if you can fit it in your budget, especially during busy times. It makes it possible to ride just about everything in both parks in the same day.
It was a great experience. The only thing I would say negative about it was the long wait times. It could of been more organized balancing between the express and standby lines. Other than that, the attractions were awesome.
Had a really fun 3 day visit here as a short family vacation. I highly recommend Universal Express Pass because the lines can be very long.
My family went on a Disney and Universal trip, 2 days at each of the parks, and I have to say that Universal Studios met and went beyond our expectations. Our son has severe anxiety issues and refuses to ride anything, so when we wanted him to go on a few kid-friendly simulators, the staff was able to calm him down each and every time. We will definitely be coming back. Disney was disappointing because the staff did not seem like they were trained well enough to be as calming to my son. I love Disney, but Universal was much better!
Such an amazing place. The rides in 3D were great. I was actually weaving and dodging. The Harry Potter stuff looked just like it did in the movies. The rides as well. My wife, a huge Harry Potter fan, said the alley place was amazing.
Harry potter and marvel areas are awesome. So much fun. New fast and furious ride wasn't bad the walk through was really cool. Kong was fun, Even waiting in line was fun. Simpson's ride is horrible never again
Good social distancing markers. The lines were long but with half capacity and social distancing.
We had an amazing day at Universal! Every ride was quite the experience. There's a lot to see even when you are in line so it makes the day go quickly. We had fast pass as well so that helps, but it's well worth it to get the pass.
Everything about Universal is great. The city walk area has good food and decent prices as well.

The very best all time experience. I've been here 100 times and I've never had a bad time. It is one of the best places to spend the weekend with your family or friends!
