It was a quite satisfying experience with UNIVERSAL MATTRESS Royapettah. Mr.Saleem Sales Manager was very patient in explaining the different types of mattresses available, features in each type etc., which helped us to choose one fitting to our budget. He in fact volunteered and visited our house to take perfect measurements of the cot and arranged to deliver the mattress home in time. U can count on them.

I usually purchase sleepwell matresses for the past 20 years from royal trading company which is opposite to universal matress. This time I tried at universal mattress for peps spine guard mattress 8 inches and i felt it is comfortable than sleepwell mattresses. So I purchased the same. When I visited the showroom i find the person who showed the mattresses is familiar to me. His name is Mr.salim and his courtesy and behaviour is commendable one. He is very polite and explained the quality of the peps spine guard mattress. I am very much impressed his attitude. This is also one of the reason I purchased the pens mattresses.
