Universal Iron Works was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. We discussed our original concept with them and they made it happen even better than we envisioned!

After discussing the plans, Isak (the owner) came to the house to take detailed, custom measurements. This was necessary in order to manufacture a custom stairwell hand railing, but it did not take long . . . maybe 15 minutes from his arrival to departure. Then, as promised, in just a few days time, our custom project was ready to be installed. Kristine, in customer service, was EXCELLENT about keeping us up to date on everything as it progressed and set up our installation according to availability at our convenience.

When the installers arrived, they were very courteous, respectful of the property as well as myself, hard-working, professional and diligent in their work. When they first came in, they put up protective material to protect the wall where the railing was to be installed as well as the flooring below it. They then started the custom installation. They went over the wall to find the studs and then checked again and then again to make sure they had the studs located properly. Once that was done, they installed the mounting brackets to the wall. After that, they then secured the railing in its proper position and then welded it into place on site onto the mounting brackets! They did it this way to make certain the railing was installed the very best way possible.

Once the installers finished, I checked the railing and the installation they did is as solid as a cement wall! The railing, in addition to being made with EXCELLENT quality, is so firm and secure it cannot be budged! When the install was finished, the installers cleared out their tools and protective industrial floor blankets, wall protectant and other items and then brought in their cleaning materials including their own vacuum and cleaned the entire area as if they had never been there. Yes, I am very impressed with this company!

My home was recently broken into and I finally decided to make the leap and put fencing, gates, window grills and cameras around my home in the hopes it would make my family feel more safe. I called around to a couple companies and some only did iron, others could do fencing but not cameras, some couldn't do wiring for the cameras and a couple didn't bother returning my call or submit a quote.

I am so happy that I found Itzik and his company. Not only do we have new fencing and gates but he made them beautiful so its not like living in a compound. The window grills are the envy of the neighbors and being able to see any angle around the yard and a DoorBird installed at the front it just made everything come together.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service his office staff provided along with how courteous his on site workers were but the amount of knowledge and help from Itzik himself is what put my mind at ease knowing the level the work would be performed. I would highly recommend Universal and would like to Thank everyone who was involved for the great experience with my family
