Cracked my screen by leaving heavy files on it...silly mistake. Brian was very responsive. Left my laptop (HP Environ) down on Sat afternoon and had it back good as new Tue afternoon. Fast and efficient service - would definitely recommend and great to support a local business

I had a really bad experience there. Left my laptop for 3 days there just to have a diagnosis about my graphics card. They charged me 50 euro for that. When I pick up my computer Brian says that the computer is running fine. I went home and as soon as I open the graphics card driver the pc crashes. Complete waste of money, I feel scammed.

Spilt water on my laptop on Saturday. By Wednesday evening my laptop was totally perfect - taken apart, cleaned and reassembled. Final cost hurt the wallet but very reasonable given the speed and quality of services rendered. Much better than anywhere else I've been to in the past!
