Absolutely no compassion on the part of the dr or staff for a patient with chronic pain. Tried a temporary procedure on my back that may help but dr is not willing to provide relief in the meantime. Was told after over a week that my Rx of muscle relaxers to help with spasms had been filled. Doctor assured me and nurse confirmed. Guess what? Didn t happen! I also remembered last night that during the procedure the dr telling the nurses to have me sign a release for previous pain clinic records. Early this morning (2 AM) while I was not sleeping because of the pain I remembered that the nurses hadn t done that. Called the office this AM and nobody really cares as the only person you can talk to is a scheduler. You can leave your number and pray your call gets returned. In the past it has taken me at least two messages (a couple of days apart) for it to be returned. Anyone working in pain management should be required to have been a patient in chronic pain for at least 3 months. Wish I had something a better review as I was praying to find a dr and/or clinic that could/would help...
