Unity One has a unique way of doing their security. They are professional, courteous, educated and well mannered, which makes Unity One the best security anyone can ask for. They go above and beyond the standard security watchmen that you see around town. Everything from local/international private security to patrol services. Unity One is the one and only choice in my books.

I love Unity One, Inc. They are one of the best security companies in Las Vegas that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was able to experience their services daily. I currently live in an apartment complex where Unity One patrols. They always make me feel secure and the security guard welcomes me with a warm smile. I feel comfortable knowing that where I live is always protected by the best security guard patrol services in town. Unity One takes the time to know who they are protecting and do their best everyday to uphold quality standards. I also love how friendly they are and their presence alone has deterred crime in my neighborhood significantly.

We hired this company to patrol our area since the previous company was mediocre. I just met with officer Young and he's really professional. I'm very glad UNITY ONE, Inc. has come on board to patrol our area.

This company is by far one of the WORST companies. And I'm talking from the inside out. As my husband is an employee for this company for over a year and is now getting ready to quit and move on. This company loses properties and gains properties daily. They don't hold properties longer than a 2-3 months. They request that their employees put in their availability schedules and keep them up to date yet they never follow them and expect them to show up outside their availability. Their schedules are never consistent. One day you can start at 0700, the next you can start at 1300 at a totally different property. One week you'll get 24-32 hours then the next 40 hours. At the moment everyone seems to be getting 40 hours due to the loss of OVER HALF THEIR COMPANY. And I mean over half! The last employee employed just recently was #112 yet they only have 49 employees on staff right now. Officers have been quiting left and right.

When my husband was first employed they sold him a dream about how easy it would be to move up in the company, get multiple pay raises, and gain more responsibilities. Well... He's gained more responsibility but with no additional pay increases and a lot of drama. When my husband was first employed, the starting salary was $12.50 for UP TO 90 days while in training. Then $15.00 after. Well... He got his $15.00 EVENTUALLY but new employees go from $12.50 to $13.00 which isn't worth it with all the drama they put you through! Their company cars break down left and right. They don't offer ANY form of insurance. Their payroll checks bounce. They don't offer direct deposit. And they pay you Friday late afternoon after the banks have closed.

Their turn over rate is so high that they don't train their employees properly. They don't manage their properties properly which is why they lose many of their properties quickly along with over half of their hired staff. A few months back they had to let go of their K-9 unit because they were letting their UNTRAINED staff bring in their OWN UNTRAINED dogs to use as law enforcement dogs. And if that wasn't bad enough, they weren't even insuring their dogs like they should have been to have K-9 dogs on property. The company is so broke that they chose to get rid of the dogs instead of just paying to train them and insure/bond them!

This company is definitely not a company you should work for let alone contract with to manage your property.

hahaha they don't even pay you on time. Haha they tell you not to cash you're check after they give it to u. If that's not funny idk what is!!!!! Worst security company ever.

Very professional, and honest company. I would recommend this company to all friends and family.

Sorry but this company is the worst. Lazy security guards that are afraid to do their job. They allow the employees at the properties they patrol to get assaulted. Also had one of their supervisors call my husband " A F***N FAGGOT " and made other derogatory comments to his fellow co-wokers. So this company would not be one to do business with.

I have been working with the owner and employees at Unity One, Inc. for over a year now and wanted to denote their incredible integrity and work ethics. The owner at Unity One has built a company that the state of Nevada should be more than proud of. In fact, this is the type of company that should be showcased as to how to successfully run and operate a business and how to treat their employees. I have yet to run into any situation that has shown anything but professionalism at is finest. I would highly recommend Unity One, Inc. to anyone and we should all be inspired to run a company this way which leads to loyal and professional employees. Kudos to both the Owner and Employees of this great organization.

My brother and his girlfriend came over to visit me at my complex when they were approached by this property security. He questioned them if they have any drugs, weapons and who's own the car they in and so on. I heard everything over the phone and came out to talk to the guard but he yelled at me saying he will arrest me if I don't go back to my house and stuff. my brother, his gf and I feel so disrespected and miss treated in our own complex. The worst most aggressive security guards.

This is not the first. I've heard from residents this guards act without no control. I'll be reporting to the state licensing.

I live at A property this company patrols. These officers are the best trained Security I have seen in the valley.

I have watched ignorant people put in there place when appropriate. And good people treated respectfully.

I read some of the reviews that are written here. The ones less than a five star are probably from those who have gotten cited or just hateful people. Or stupid ones who have nothing better to do.

Ultimately, the crime in our community has disappeared. THAT SAYS IT ALL!

I watched several arrests and trespasses performed. It was great to see a company not afraid to act.
