Unity used to be great, but they don't seem to care about patients anymore. I've seen the same doctor for 8 years, and all of a sudden I have to be seen before they can authorize a prescription refill because it's been 5 months since I've been there. Really? 5 months? He even told me 6 months was the usual at Unity but that since it's 5, it's close enough that I have to be seen. Worse, they wouldn't communicate any of that with me so I had to keep waiting for them to refill and then call. Each time they said they thought they could figure it out but then didn't and didn't communicate anything to me.

I ve been using Unity Health for several years. I appreciate how timely they are getting me in to be seen, giving me a thorough examination and treating me as a customer. We all have had those appointments where you wait in the waiting room, then wait again inside the examination room, they are timely in getting me through the process. It s worth the drive from Caldwell for me. Thanks Unity!

Unity Health Center is a wonderful clinic with great providers! Suzie is a great injector; she listens to what type of look you are after and exceeds your expectations. I will continue to go back to Unity for aesthetic treatments and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are also great for any of your medical needs!

Talked with Carla at the scheduling desk to see about a rapid COVID-19 test. Even though they don't currently offer the test she took the time to help me find a location that did and was the friendliest scheduler I've ever chatted with. Strong recommend!

I did not have a good experience here at all. I had to wait a while for the doctor once I was taken back, which I do understand can happen especially when a place is super busy or running behind. But it didn t seem like there was anyone else waiting before I was seen. Then when the doctor came in he didn t introduce himself to me or asked how I was feeling just said in an almost rhetorical question about my symptoms. He proceeded to do a quick exam and actually hurting me a bit in the process. While looking at my tonsils he pushed the tongue depressed too far back making me gag, then when checking my lymph nodes on my neck grabbed with both hands and squeezed a bit almost choking me for a second. Then prescribed me some medication for my issues and left. I didn t even have a chance to ask what the official diagnosis was or ask any questions about the medication. I honestly felt like he really didn t care about my symptoms and just wanted to treat me as quickly as possible to get to more important patients. After taking the medication I was still having symptoms and went elsewhere. The other doctor I went to was very confused and couldn t understand why he prescribed me what he did because he was an incomplete treatment. I would highly recommend not going there if you want quality healthcare.

Been a patient for three years now and have never had more than a 15 minute wait! Russ is my doctor and I am well listened to and feel like my appointments have been worth every dime. Great bedside manner and very professional staff. The nurses are super friendly also!

Fantastic, friendly staff and very speedy service. I disagreed with my original diagnosing and was welcomed back for a 2nd opinion free of charge. I was super impressed with kindness I received as it can oftentimes be hard to deal with an unhappy customer. The provider was thorough, listened attentively and I ultimately was relieved of my symptoms with the new treatment and diagnosis. This is the sort of service that earns medical providers the trust and faith we put in them with our health.
