They shouldn't even be able to give a star. very poor service, my trailer has spots all over it which it has only been to the car wash and in salt because hey I live in Wisconsin. keep in mind the trailer is only 4 months old and something etched into the skin of the trailer. they cant tell me what happened. They keep saying some sort of chemical got on it. (which like I said it was just to the car wash that we been going to for 20 years + and never once have our other non United trailers done this. so I would highly not recommend buying a trailer from United they dont stand behind there work. Nothing but junk here. The owner woody has zero customer service skills
The dealer I it bought from bent over backwards trailer was late and it was discounted for the wait. The fit and finish on the porch is quite bad doors have gaps can see light around edges, porch door doesn't latch unless you slam it , door stop drilled into white cove next roof hit nothing and has already fallen out, I ordered screens on the doors and they already don't stay with the doors when opening.I would purchase from the dealer in school craft, but not a unitedtrailers fit and finish was 1 out of 5 for the price I was charged.
Bought a trailer from them maybe 5 years ago, lights work occasionally, rear door nearly fell off about 2 months after purchase, they used self tapping screws to go into wood (NOT SMART), "diamond plate" on the front is junk plastic. I had to pay for bolts and screws that had fallen out or off even when i was supposed to be covered by warranty. On most recent trip, fender just fell off and now I need a replacement because I can't afford a new trailer right now.
I have ordered a few trailers from United Trailers. The have always far exceeded my expectations! The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail is astounding. They have always been fast, friendly, priced very reasonable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any of your trailer needs or wants!
Very poor quality. My 8.5 x 20 enclosed lasted 4 years as a race car trailer used mainly on weekends. Skin is coming loose and tearing.
Called united to see if we could work something out and fix it. Long story short. Customer service is as bad as the quality of their trailers.
Thanks for reading my review.
United Trailers are well built and beautiful. Easy to load, easy to tow! I would recommend United trailers to anyone looking for a quality trailer!
Absolutely disgusted with the parts department. If you make a weak trailer at least have a good parts department to back you up. This is the second time dealing with issues the first one took 2 weeks to get a part I paid $200 for overnight freight and now 4 weeks and haven't heard a word from them.
Dissapointed, the more I examine my 2020 $10k motorcycle trailer the more flaws and shoddy workmanship a discover. They are slapped together just like all the other brands.
Axles not paralel, one wheel out of four stick out by half inche at the top side door crooked, sloppy caulking on the roof, useless caulking here and there. Tilted fastener , over and under tightened fasteners in the floor. The list goes on. So much for "made in USA" quality. I had my heart set on a Haulmark Edge and was told by my salesman that United owned them and that United was better. Not.
We build food trucks and food trailers. When we came to Indiana to find a supplier, United Trailers stood out amongst the rest. So many builders there are slapping trailers together as quickly and as cheaply as possible. We needed quality, a supplier we could rely on for years to come, just as our customers rely on our company. A trailer that would only last a couple years would not work for us. In United we found that company. Good trailers, custom designed to fit around our mobile kitchens, and designed to last for years to come.
There's a reason we use United and that reason is their work speaks for themselves.
