The best place for anything you need people are caring and helpful God bless New Circles
Totally amazing. Those in need of decent clothing should get a referral to this place. On each visit you can leave with 10 bottom (max), 10 tops (max), 1 pair of shoes, 1 coat/jacket and 3 accessories (belts, bras, bag, purse, scarves, gloves or mittens, hat, etc.) per person. Depending on your situation you could possibly be cleared to visit this place up to 4 times a year. And do you know what makes visiting this place even better?? It's %100 free and doesn't cost you one penny or should I say nickle, to access this service.
If you have winter coats, scarves or hats and you want to donate your items somewhere they'll be used and appreciated, this is a great place. The staff are warm and friendly. You can see newcomers sitting in a clean, comfortable waiting area and it's always nice to get a genuine thank you, not to mention the warm feeling you get knowing what was considered "clutter" your closet, will now be worn by a woman who is in need. In fact, New Circles was chosen as a Federal initiative to support Newcomer women. It feels good to do good. Women helping women.
I volunteered here (LIST - Leaders in Service Training program) and the experience was unbelievable. I learned how to resume write and the LIST program here later got me a job in retail. I am very thankful to Joanna, the LIST program head who had been so kind from start to finish (all 7 weeks). I would also like to thank Rhea Hirji and Tosho T. for taking me and making this experience enjoyable. thanks all.
They are the best. A selfless and genuine project I must say. Great, Great stuff. Neatly Arranged, constantly restocked i noticed all through my time there. Excellent management
The program is a good initiative and I think it's for those who are really really really in desperate need. What may appear as junk to you may be treasures to someone else.
They are NOT ACCEPTING donations right now. So don t bother.
