Great Experience overall! The re-financing process was easy. Keith Chabot & Joseph Remington were right on top of everything and I was actually able to close faster that I anticipated. I would highly recommend them to everyone trying to purchase a new home or re-finance.
I would like to thank Rick and his team for the great job they did in helping us acquire a new property without a real estate broker involved, especially during this crazy covid year! Rick payed close attention to our needs and was detail oriented on all paperwork review. We truly felt protected during the entire process. Rick and his team were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. As for the process itself, I would say it went very smooth and quick. I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of ability to process payments correctly. From the beginning we have made over payments on the P&I as well as attempted to put an additional $100 / Month in escrow. We know the value of our home has gone up and we don't want a surprise bill at tax time. It does not matter how we make a payment, via the payment coupon or online, filling in the information to add $100 to escrow is consistently ignored. After several calls to customer service, the advice was to make the payment online. I did. The exact same issue. regardless of the instructions on the payment coupon or filling in the payment web site, they fail at make the deposits the way the payment coupon is filled out. I have come to regret using united faith mortgage to refinance my home.

Everyone was professional, communicative, efficient, and timely. You could clearly see that this team had years of experience with a top-notch skillset to help customers obtain home loans and get to a timely closing date. I like saying to Keith that he is a miracle worker and to me, that s exactly what he is. He knew this refinance loan meant a lot to me, and he and his team worked extra hard to help me achieve this goal in a timely manner. Linda and Indira were extremely kind and communicative. They both worked to help me close on my mortgage during covid. It took a while but they were always keeping me up to date and moving the process along with me the entire way. They are both very reliable and friendly and it's been a pleasure working with them.

This United Mortgage Team, primarily Ray and Mrs Linda Cesarini (assisted by Johanna Fernandez) has heroically tackled my unique situation as if it was a common autocorrect. After another company tried to derail my home purchase, I selected United Mortgage to get things back on track. David and his team were on top of every step, continually updating me on paperwork that I needed to provide during the process to close on this house. The process went so well that I again selected United for the refinance of my purchase. I got the lowest possible rate at the time and the process went quickly and smoothly.
