I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of ability to process payments correctly. From the beginning we have made over payments on the P&I as well as attempted to put an additional $100 / Month in escrow. We know the value of our home has gone up and we don't want a surprise bill at tax time. It does not matter how we make a payment, via the payment coupon or online, filling in the information to add $100 to escrow is consistently ignored. After several calls to customer service, the advice was to make the payment online. I did. The exact same issue. regardless of the instructions on the payment coupon or filling in the payment web site, they fail at make the deposits the way the payment coupon is filled out. I have come to regret using united faith mortgage to refinance my home.
