I come to the cancer center for infusions for my RA. Every single time I come I get treated and infused by different nurses. Today I was greeted and treated by Nicole, an RN in the infusion center. Let me tell you she's a ray of sunshine for that center. Kind and happy to see you and will keep up with my jokes. Always smiling and positive. What a great assett to the infusion center. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
I was hospitalized from Monday Night until Friday afternoon. I was never put into a gown, my bed was never changed. I felt as I was very much alone, as I had to ring my bell constantly to someone to come and change my IV. It was the worst experience I have been through at UHC. I was being housed, not being cared for. They were very short staffed and the care or lack thereof, really suffered. I will hopefully go to Ruby next time, if I need care. I have lost ALL confidence in UHC. Never again, I hope.
This place is the worst spent over 4 hours at er last night no answers suppose to go back today for ultrasound cause might be having a miscarriage and set there for over a hour waiting and I am in pain and bleeding but they take people back before me that came in after me. So I told them wasn't spending all day there again cause spent all night there last night and not doing it again today.
If having a miscarriage don't go here. Don't care my mom waited over 4 hrs 1 night then no straight answers. Sent home bleeding and in pain. Told come back next day well she did and set there for over a hour while people that came in after her went in before her of course she left. Cause you don't feel like setting there forever 2 days in a row especially when hurting and bleeding and not feeling good
The visit started horribly but became better the longer I was there. I dropped the wife off at the ER for her water breaking super early and wasn't allowed to accompany her. This wasn't relayed to me politely, and I was told to "just go wait in your car until she calls you " before I even had a chance to ask where she was. Once I was given permission to join her, the front desk asked me multiple times where she was. Giving the floor number, the only information for her location I had, was obviously not what they wanted but they wouldn't ask for more details. After getting tired of the circular conversation, I reminded them that I dropped her off not 15 minutes prior for her water breaking and when I came to join her they sent me away - I finally received the call saying I could join her on the particular floor and was looking to do so. They gave me poor attitude but let me up. Everyone on her floor was great, positive, and helpful. The rest of the visit went as well as one could hope. The front desk folks need to remember that they're the first people we encounter and the situations can be stressful enough without having to deal with their animosity and apathy.
Took hours for me to even get back in a room. Then I waited in a room for over an hour and a half to even see the registry people. After that they just ran a bunch of Tests and told me what I already knew (I have a kidney stone) then they referred me to a different hospital. I won t be going back to this place. I was in the hospital from 4pm up until like 11:00pm. Also the doctors and nurses were every rude. The only person who was kind was the nurse who gave me meds for my pain. That nurse was the only good thing about my whole visit. On top of all of that, they also had over 15 positive COVID cases and those people were sat right by the front of the waiting room by the entry doors. I will NEVER go back to UHC EVER!!!!!!!! Worst hospital I will ever go to. People were leaving and going to other places because of the wait. I will stick to going to Ruby Memorial
Joke they don't care how much your in pain or bleeding they make you wait and wait with no answers. Then want you to go back the next day to poke and torture you more. Think the waiting is the most torture. They don't care about anything you could be in pain and bleeding and you still wait but if your smart go somewhere else will get better service and probably answers
Don't go there is pregnant and in pain and bleeding cause they will keep you for a long time then no answers then tell you come back and you will be there for hours more. To them it isn't important that a baby is dieing
I came here all the way from California to see Dr. Hansen. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He listens to you and doesn t rush you out of the room. He truly cares for his patients. I wish all doctors were this way towards their patients. All the nurses were amazing as well. I was so nervous for surgery but the nurse took such good care of me and made me feel more comfortable. Everyone here was so kind and amazing!!
