Terrible Company I got into an accident 7/13 it s now 10/7 and I have yet to receive any information about my claim adjuster April T. fails to provide any information or updates she never return calls.They when u call customer service hold is over a hour and the CS reps. advise they can t help you must speak with your adjuster that never answers Someone Plz Help

Worst INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. Someone hit my car 8/11/2021who has this insurance company. I had to file the claim myself because the other person didn t. I sent them the police report, the driver information exchange, pictures, did an interview over the phone, saw an adjuster about the damages and my car TO THIS DAY not fixed. No one can tell me what s going on nor how long it will take. I had to get a lawyer and they can t even get in contact with anyone. I wouldn t dare waste my money, I rather not have insurance. If I can give them no stars I would.

Honestly, this insurance company is the most inefficient company ever. Hence the reason they only have 1.5 stars. I got my car ran into by their insured and it has been just over a month and am still waiting for the paperwork to get my car fixed. They are saying that I might get denied, but it was stated in the police report that it was their drivers fault as he rear ended me. Mickey Mouse company! If I could give it 0 stars I would! No one answers the phone! It is an absolute joke. I will also be reporting this company to the federal trade commission for fraud.

It's very unlike me to set time aside to praise someone for their customer service skills. As a business owner, I feel that great customer service should be a basic expectation. But I was so impressed with your employee- Jessica Arostegui that I felt this would be the best way to show my appreciation. All I can say is that if you want your company's ratings to improve, hire more people like her.

I was rear-ended by someone that is insured throug...

I was rear-ended by someone that is insured through United Automobile Insurance and the individual was 100% at fault and documented on a police report. Her vehicle was dented and in poor shape compared to my garage kept GT500. The company has yet to answer any of my calls regarding this issue to fix my vehicle. Like others that were unfortunately hit by a policy holder from this company I have been waiting for a month and not a single word from them. There's a reason no one has ever heard of this unreliable insurance company.

The WORST insurance company I've ever had to deal ...

The WORST insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Adjusters are rude and disrespectful. Asking to speak to a supervisor/manager is impossible. The people who answer the phone say they will have someone call you and it never happens when asking the adjuster get told no one is available. They do not tell you everything when applying for the policy and then when claim is denied due to something you werent aware of your told you would have been covered had you lied. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

I was waiting the time for everything to be settled with my car so I could give my opinion. I got into an accident 3 months ago. from the beginning till the end. They(united) were helpful with me and always giving me answers. I was really scared bc of the reviews. But bro, This was fast. I specially have to give a thank you to Kateling Caceres for being so great with me, despite the fact that I can be sometimes an a..! thank you again and I really appreciate you guys for it.
