It's very unlike me to set time aside to praise so...

It's very unlike me to set time aside to praise someone for their customer service skills. As a business owner, I feel that great customer service should be a basic expectation. But I was so impressed with your employee- Jessica Arostegui that I felt this would be the best way to show my appreciation. All I can say is that if you want your company's ratings to improve, hire more people like her.
