I called to get information on my closed account trying to get the balance. I believe the lady that answered was me. Gail. She was very rude and acted like she didn t care about what I was trying to say or what I was asking for. She had a very nasty attitude from the time she picked up the phone. I m very disappointed because nothing was solved I just hung up

The most corrupt office I ve ever encountered. The only way they stay in business is bec of people like me. I over paid for a car worth 7 thousand. All In all I paid 25 thousand for a 2007 Ford Focus. Will definitely have the appropriate officials looking into pars cars and United auto acceptance. Go to a REAL CAR DEALERSHIP instead and don t be fooled. Try hard cons obviously high school drop outs anyone willing to work for a business who scams people deserves to go back to jail. Will report this to the FTC and the FBI. I can t believe this is allowed this can t be legal.
Do anyone know if you can sue them??? I bought a car from them and the kbb value was 5,700. I ended up paying bout 20,000. I know i was ripped off but it has to be a law against this!
Fraud company run fast! They work with Pars cars only had the car 3 months! We've found out so much about the company!!! When they have YOU "as is" deal don't deal, will try to file claim against your own insurance and collect it. Watch out run!! Turn in your car in fast.
This company will give anyone a car but you will be ripped off. Rates are extremely high. Cars severely over priced. They give no fx. Once you sign on the line. They got you. You better pray the vehicle doesn't give you any trouble. While reaching out to them for any help.. both the salesman at the dealer and the finance office will blame each other for the dirty deed. 1st red flag I was blind to....none of their vehicles have prices on the m. Stay away run it is a trap.

Please stop doing business with companies that take your money and lie. Called 3 times to resolve a payoff title issue and they 1. Do not identify themselves 2. Give you any information just to get you off the phone and 3. Have no sense of urgency for customer service.

I experienced talking to the payment account manager as well as my account manager Mrs. Houston. Neither employee communicated with compassion nor displayed enthusiasm as if they had a desire to assist me with getting a copy of my invoice. I was on orders with the Army and come back to see how long I had missed payments. All I needed was a copy of an invoice. Needless to say I have yet to receivethat email though the urgency I emphasized. Never would I recommend such hassle and headache, save yourself.

UAA dba/Pars Cars are totally FRAUDS!!! Sold me a car that they claim had multi point inspection but soon as I got it home, "BRAKES" were scrubbing. I turned it back in, they say I owe them minus the $800 bucks I gave them for a down payment. Then sent me a letter saying they repossessed it from their own company and are charging me a repo fee (LOLOLOLOL) and sold it at an auction for 7,000 less and want me to pay them the difference!! LMMFAO!!! See ya in court, FRAUDSTERS!!!!

October 28, 2020 I call James Chavis about my car payment landing three time this month, saying I'm only obligated to pay $490 a month. He tells me that's not true that if I was paying monthly my payments would be more. Then he hones on to say if I was working and a extra week in a month came would I like them to not pay me for that third week. Now this was not necessary nor professional, but I'm sure you all will allow him to be ignorant to people who is paying your salary. My payments should be allowed a skip payment due to the fact I paid my note this month. I will inform no one to purchase from you all because I know this matter is not important to you.
