My name is Nora Rogowski. I have been a patient of Jenna Joukhadar at the Parsons Park Drive location for the past three years. Jenna made me feel welcome from Day One. She is caring, compassionate and very attentive to my needs. She always responds to my request for rescheduling, without delay. She is not only a wonderful care provider, but I consider her to be a friend. She is definitely an asset to United Allergy and the providers at this practice. I give her 5 stars. I have improved immensely since the start of my Immunotherapy.

I worked for this company for years... They are just in it for the sales, not the nursing aspect of allergies and asthma.

Horrible company. They get their $$ from telling folks sure you re getting relief the first year, then 6months in and god only knows how much they bill your insurance their time changes to oh yeah it takes 3-5 years . Utter waste of time...
Stay far far away

I met with by clinician on August 10th for my follow-up to begin my for fear of allergy shots. I return for testing the following day, and it is now September 23 and I have not begun my allergy shots again. This completely disrupts my process, and has been very frustrating. I have called their office multiple times and been told that there training someone new and will call me back when they're ready to schedule. Today I contacted my clinician and asked to be transferred to another clinic/company. I do not feel as if I have been taking care of as a patient. I am actually a physician assistant and understand how processes work within the medical field. I been practicing for over 6 years. I will not recommend any of my patients to utilize United Allergy Services, and am now waiting to hear back from my clinician to see where I will go next.

I worked for this company for just under a year. The management is horrible and it's all about sales. They tell you that they are hiring you to help people, but once in the field all the manager cares about is the money and the doctors that allow them in their office just care about money as well, because their getting a cut of the sales you make. Absolutely horrible. If you're a patient don't believe the hype and if you're looking to work here, be willing to deal with horrible management, sales, and a bunch of lies.

SCAM. During COVID they locked up my pre-paid for serum without access. At the end of the year, it had to be discarded because it was out of date with no help from them. This year, I mistakenly ruined one vial. They won't replace it, nor help me even BUY another vial without starting over. Major cluster from the get-go. I am appalled that my doctor recommended them and would never recommend them to anyone. Go to an Allergy Doctor where you could get someone who actually cares about you.
