If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Awful experience. HORRIBLE customer service. Terrible company. Delay in background checks almost caused me to be without employment for a week. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Staff does not know what they are doing and are very difficult to understand and to communicate with for discussing needs. Not sure how they are handling other companies HR needs when it looks like there are internal disorganization and flow issues. Will definitely be taking account elsewhere.
This company should be investigated.
An HR person at the job I was working for explained to me how Accurate or should I say Inaccurate, has been known to lose or misplace specimens and sure enough my test results came back positive for something I have never done! I can't wait until this company gets sued for the many lives they have screwed up because they could not get jobs for there inaccurate reporting. I have filed a report with the BBB even though accurate is not an accredited BBB business.
Have had several backgrounds run on me over the last year and a half since Covid. Trying to get a new job and its painful. My offense is over 9 years ago and 8 years convicted now. The employers asked me within the last 7 years have you had any convictions. I answered NO which is the truth. This company is running the checks longer than 7 years and then telling the employer not to higher me. I filed a disagreement with one that was through Amazon and this company just came back and said the exact same thing. I should have sued them for something. I don't want money either. I just want fraudulent business's and people to pay.
What an absolute joke this place is. I filed a dispute and haven't heard anything yet and when I did some research they haven't even reached out to anyone to settle my dispute. I spoke to the " compliance team" because I was told they handle disputes and they told me they don't even handle the disputes they sell the job off to a third party instead on handling it themselves. Seems like nobody is doing there job here and if I could of left zero stars I would of what a joke and complete lack of professionalism.
What is the point of this company? What an outdated bureaucratic disaster. Talk about a waste of time for everyone involved. Are you doing any good in the world? Really?
Incredibly incompetent staff, they took 2 weeks to and still were not done with the background check. My now current employer realized the buffoonery going on with the company thankfully and pushed my application through but this company almost stood in the way of getting a job. I would not recommend any employers use this scam to vet their employees.
even the recruiter warned me about this place. i just started my job and im already facing problems. i do understand the need to verify my employment
i don t understand the need to verify if ive ever failed a drug screen or been an accident, i wouldnt have been working as a driver for the past 5 years if i failed a drug screen, and even if i did, it wouldnt be logged.
they could find out if ive been in an accident based on my driver report, and no company would keep you if you got into enough or bad accidents.
its foolish extra processing and sometimes you cant get a hold of an old employee, the only thing they should be requesting are w2s not a fax number?!?!?!?!

They have INACCURATE REPORTS ON BACKGROUND. they have a lawsuit pending in Wisconsin and this API is used widely by so many companies. Talk about gatekeepers. There is no checks & balance in place. These people will keep you from getting a job, booking a Airbnb, anywhere their automated system is used. No freedom. No justice. Just Innacurate accurate background LLC.
My workplace hired this company to do yearly background checks on employees. Before the employees are told we will be having background checks, several of us recieve emails with grammar comparable to a foreign scam email stating that we had 48 hours to complete forms. It didn't even explain it was a background check. So I put it in the trash with other emails that request my social security number out of the blue. Imagine my surprise when I hear that it was real. I thought for sure it was a Nigerian Prince scam, but no, that's just the standard by which this company operates.
