Avoid this company. Never available to take your calls. Don t return your calls. Emails are responded to with an auto generated email stating they will get back to you within 5 working days, but never reply.

Impossible to deal with. Always takes too long to respond to queries and provides absolutely zero guidance at our AGM's.
I would not recommend and am only using them as I am locked in. I think they know that its hard for strata groups to change strata providers and hence they do not provide a good service as a result.

I can only describe my experience with unitcare in a very negative way that on numerous occasions left my wife in tears due to the poor attitude and aggressive tactics used by unitcares managers.
When I tried to make contact to raise my concerns about this I was ignored, and nothing was done about my concerns. We ended up selling our property due to the unbearable management of our group by unitcare.
We have all heard of people selling due to bad neighbors or whatever but never in my life would I have thought I would need to sell due to a body corporate manager but here we are....
The managing directors of this joke company need to sort themselves and their staff out but I would never recommend anyone use them unless they want to be victimized both financially and mentally.
Absolutely disgusting company. They look professional and act somewhat professional but once problems appear that's when their true colours become apparent.
Our group was maladministered by Unitcare until finally we had enough and sought a new body corporate provider. Unitcare recommended to us that we carry out plumbing repairs at a cost of $19000. They gave us a single quote and no explanation as to why this work needed to be done. Our committee was shocked and concerned so we sent our own plumbers to assess the issue. It turned out that the pipes which were causing the problem were SA Waters responsibility and so it was fixed for free.
When we terminated our contract with Unitcare due to their absolute negligence and inability to manage our group. Their office manager as well as the Managing Director sent us very passive aggressive emails which also undermined our management committee. They also charged us 2 months of management fees as a cancellation penalty, despite there being no termination penalties listed in the contract, I am still awaiting for their response in regards to the refund of these fees. These examples are only some of the many issues that we experienced with Unitcare's ineptitude and unknowlegable staff.
Long story short avoid these jokers like the plague. They employe rude inexperienced staff who have no idea what to do. The service is also expensive with significantly cheaper options available.
Absolutely abysmally shocking company. Do not be fooled by their shiny brochures and 3 month performance guarantees. Staff provide a very basic service for a premium price, which includes being rude and condescending to unit owners and mismanaging their unit complex.
Get quotes elsewhere as you will find your strata fees can be reduced by 40% compared to Unitcare fees.

Rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this bunch at all as they say one thing but do another and then blame you.
My experience over 10 years with Unitcare services has always been positive. They probably get an overflow of tension from some people on a management committee from time to time. Stay calm and have a cup of tea.
