The best gymnon the island! The most hard-core strength and conditioning visiting around.
Awesome place to train and be pushed out of your comfort zone. Came here last summer for a couple of rapid fire sessions. They were pretty intense! Coaches are accommodating of all fitness levels. I will definitely come back on my next visit!
This place gets better on every visit!
I visited for the first time in 2016 and thought it was great but thought a number of improvements could be made to bring things up to a better standard. I was training at the crossfit box and the standard wasn't bad, but wasn't great either.
I came back in 2019 and it was as if they had read my mind. More or less every item I'd thought of that would make the place better had been done.
It's now a real world class facility and is very impressive across the board.

Unit 27 is a fantastic fitness studio! The classes are challenging for all fitness levels, the instructors are really encouraging and the studios are well stocked with a range of equipment. During low season the classes are well discounted so it's really affordable to train. I'm already planning a holiday at Unit next year.
Tips:
1. Don't forget to add electrolytes to you water. It's so hot and the workouts are intense, it's easy to become dehydrated.
2. If you're on a budget, arrive a few days early and door knock the hotels in the area. You can find a bargain.
Great gym, killer workouts. Only had a week so just went to the CrossFit box but next time will try the other gyms. All came highly recommended by everyone else I spoke to

The two facilities (Unit / Crossfit Box) are both full of great equipment and have a fantastic front of house team!!
The coaches are very professional & educated. They are caring, motivating but also take no prisoners which is what I love about them!
You are there to work hard and get results and they make sure of that!! You get pushed to your limits but your not alone.
Unit 27 works on team building and as soon as you enter your first class you are part of the team and team work is a HUGE part in the classes!
I honestly highly highly recommend Unit 27 & Unit 27 Crossfit for anyone in Phuket.

Unit27 is truly one of a kind. It s the absolute best place I ve ever been for training and the atmosphere there is unrivaled! What makes this place so special is the AMAZING people who make up the Unit27 team! Each has their own unique coaching style but each and every one of them are top class. A massive thank you to Jibby for pushing me to my absolute limit in Grenade, Natalie for her epic (and much needed) pep talks during body consultations, Billy for patiently correcting my rubbish form in every CrossFit class, Tamika for creating such a positive and encouraging vibe in every class of hers, Eng for being deceptively tough - hiding it by being SO friendly and always smiling, Nick and Mr Oh for appearing out of nowhere if they spot you slacking to make sure you re giving 100%, Gig for her killer warm ups, Lizel for strategically avoiding filming me when I told her I hated being on camera, Harry s FAB Rapid Fire sessions and super informative demos and Leo for his expert advice on weight loss and nutrition helping me keep up the Unit27 healthy lifestyle even after leaving Phuket with his online coaching! I trained mostly at the Total Conditioning Gym, with classes focusing on high intensity workouts and a lot of cardio.
I loved the classes even though they were really exhausting in the heat and next time I intend to stay longer to get my head into the advanced classes as well.
Try new courses every now and then and push your limits! Best help here are the motivated coaches!
