Great gym, facility & service
Fully equipped gym rooms (cardio and weights), a great place for multi-sports including badminton, basketball, futsal, netball, volleyball, fitness group class, etc. The staff is very friendly! It's probably the best gym in town. Just a hazard area, the storage cabinets for bags and personal belongings are placed within 1m behind a badminton court.

Beautiful facility, lots of equipment that caters to each body part. Love the row machine and the cross trainer. Really good quality machines! Probably the best I've been on, in terms of gym equipment. Does get packed, just need to find that moment that is suitable for your needs. Thanks Unipol!!

An extraordinary place for picking heavy objects up and then putting them down again. The feeling of your body taking an unrecognisable form is like nothing else.
Went here on a very regular basis as a student. Opened on my first year and was a massive improvement over the old Uni gym. It has indoor basketball courts and a large range of exercise equipment. My only complaint is the large amount of stairs especially between two of the main exercise equipment rooms (weights room and cardio room). You have to climb a pretty decent flight of stairs walk across to the other side and go down another flight of stairs to reach the other room. But that aside a very modern and functional University gym. Make sure you make use of it if you are a student at Otago!

Like going here food is excellent and service is great. I call in here every time I go to a rugby game at Stadium and have my dinner before the game.
Great facility, has everything you need from basketball, futsal, badminton to lifting weights with only a small price of $5. Hiring equipment is also free as long as you bring an ID.
