Although i live just a few miles from their home office, I get terrible service, that is until I call and complain, then it magically improves. I'm tired of paying for service I don't get all of the time. Most of the time I cannot get access to the web, yet i pay for an unlimited data plan. I have been a faithful customer for over twenty years, time to move up to the big providers I guess.
They take time to make sure you understand your phone and the service.
Service is Garbage. It s 2021 and you only have 3G. What a joke..
The staff is friendly and helpful. This phone company does a wonderful job providing service in a rather hard area to serve due to our widespread population.

I've called my kids from Ketchikan Alaska, Cancun Mexico, the shoreline off Canada, and even Beijing China! I stay in Lyman Wyoming 3 days a week and for the life of me I can't call or receive calls from here! Why?
