I don t recommend them. Customer service is very poor, and you will probably pay more than you should.

Semi government company, real estate investments, very highly professional people.

I got very bad service for union management. when we go for painting service motor city make gate pass take 1.30 hours and take from me 100 dhs for gate pass. I don't understand we take money.

I Cleared my unit in OIA Residance 3 month ago, despite that the company sent me an official email that they will return the security deposit and the remaining balance after deductions, now they are not answering my emails or phone calls, be very careful with your financial transactions with this company, don t keep an open balance with them, now I have to file an official compliant with the land department to try to collect back my money, it s a headache that I could have avoided by dealing with well known companies.

If you do not mind being ripped off then go ahead and deal with this company! They are as opaque in their dealings as they come...

UP treats the owners of the properties as sheep to be fleeced rather than customers or clients. Their service charges are ridiculously high - probably the highest in Dubai among similar/comparable communities and they do not give fair value in return. The communities that they manage rapidly deteriorate once handed over and their maintenance of these communities is dismal !

They have recently had a change in their top management and have since gone from bad to worse.

I wish I had never bought my property from UP.

Buyer Beware !! Buying property in the UAE, as an Expat., I have come to learn, means that you have no real rights... the developers benefit from the protection of powerful "investors" and means that they always, unfairly, have the upper hand over the property owners - and the so-called regulators rarely take action in favour of the foreign owners.

UP only hands out service contracts to their own subsidiaries in an opaque manner and so owners are overcharged and get no value for money....Whether its Emicool , ServeU, or EDACOM - all part of the UP Group- they are granted a monopoly and no other independent suppliers or contractors are allowed to fairly compete and so the owners are made to pay these, often, incompetent, suppliers waaaaay over the market price and in return the owners get the worst service.... They even use their own "security" people to deny entry to any contractors or suppliers into the communities to carry out work at owners' private properties unless they go through a very difficult process and made to pay a fee of AED200 for each "gate pass." But guess what..? If you call on incompetent Servue, and if they actually turn-up, you pay over market prices anyway but don't have to get a "gate pass!!"

Sadly, UP and some other, so-called property developers, are damaging the reputation of, otherwise, wonderful Dubai.

Union Properties has Amazing developments with people/consumers in mind.

Extra Storage, Place for a dishwasher in kitchen, separate laundry and Extra Parking Spot, greenery, parks, walking areas, retail nearby are some of the examples.

Motor City is the best area for life in Dubai, in my opinion.

Management of the company know to be quite slow and inefficient at times, that s why I am rating it 4 Stars.

Looking forward to see them improve and shine again.

Should never ever deal with those people if you can.

This is what happens when you move to a bad quality house, Motor City! There was a leakage upper flat and the water whole went down via WALLS!!! Its unbelievable. When i moved here 4 months ago i reckognized that the building quality is one of the lowest on Earth because whatever sound is coming through the walls, ceiling (such as music, exhaust-engine sound, footsteps!!!) be aware about these before you move or invest with these careless developers. Shame on them!

We are trying to get in touch with accounts/finance for payment related to supply of goods, can you guide us to the right department. Supply was made to Motor City and UP

HORRIBLE company and service! Amazing when they sell you, DISASTROUS if you need them after that. NEVER believe them! They have chiotic & poor top management which is reflected down to the whole staff, unfortunately.

My advise, keep this co. as your last choice...

I have known Rhonda and Union Properties for 26 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the many properties they have managed for me. She and her staff are always friendly, professional, and very efficient. I highly recommend Union Properties to any owner of properties that want to rent or to tenants that want quality service in the rental market.

One of the best if not the best home space design in Dubai, just they need to upgrade/ enhance their Customer service.
