I go to this store all the time. The owners Mike and Chuck are very friendly. My mom requested a wine that's not normally in stores and they ordered it. This place has such a welcoming vibe. Most of the time I'm chatting with whoever is working over picking my items:) Obviously if it's busy I won't hold up a line. Nighe bro hopefully I spelled it right you're awesome! Whenever my girlfriend and I come in on Wednesday night's and all weekend you always recognize us and say hi by our name! That's great! You also make us feel not just like customers but patrons and friends:) Mike you were awesome tonight. My mom would give you 5 stars if she wasn't still in the pre- smartphone era. She still has a flip phone. Lol! I really hope your business thrives because there's so many liquor stores that doesn't care about it's customers. All of you do! You are all genuinely good people. I'll see you guys soon since I love your store and I'm reccommending to anyone I talk to. Personally I know this business will succeed since everyone operates in a nice respectful manner that works the store. I've encountered alot of stores in the area that are rude but not you guys. I'm very particular about where I by my alcohol from. I know my girlfriend is thankful that you keep her sutter 4 pack of Sauvignon Blanc stocked cold when we come in, because all of you know when she comes from Mtn. View to stay at my house. Your liquor store is like Cheers where everyone knows your name except you're not a bar but the Cheers of liquor stores. That last guy that said it's just average is probably a troll. This place deserves 5 stars from everyone. But it's the Silicon Valley and people can be smug jerks. The staff at Union liquor are nice, logical and the nicest down to earth staff I've met in a realy, really long time. My word is truth because I worked in the service industry and I can see how a business treats it's customers and everyone is superior to any liquor store in the area or probably the whole county or state! These guys are awesome!

This store has the best customer service ever. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Every time I come to the store someone always offers to get me what I need or ask if I need any help. They treat you as family not just a nameless customer.

I spent $16 for a 6-pack with mold all over it and about a year old. Would not come back.

Thanks for the quick reply and solution. However, I threw the beer out to not contaminate the rest of the fridge and was not offered a receipt to show proof of purchase.

For the competition that's around this store, their prices are pretty steep. Also with it being Covid, kind of crazy that employees walk around without masks. Small selection, over priced and not Covid conscious... stay away!
