Sure they've got some new equipment now but I would've preferred if they had instead installed proper air conditioning, or at least fixed those fans that apparently aren't working. Hold your breath when you're in the changeroom, and watch out for spiders and insects in the showers and lockers. There's not enough soap at the sink. $21 as a student for classes in these conditions just be aware.
Great pool, friendly staff and not to busy. There is also a gym next door.
This is probably the most expensive Uni gym! University of Sydney less expensive than this gym. Not saying it s not great, but expensive.
Been coming here since 2003. Good gym with all weights facilities anyone would need. Nice and quiet in the mornings. Lunchtime classes also great. Does get busy in evenings.
Still didn t get my refund which I paid before corona for gym membership...Either give me membership back or money...
The gym has world class facilities, packed in the evening but still you can figure out a way to accommodate. In House cafe has a lot of variety dishes to enjoy chillax during workout hours. A lot of people like to watch their mate's, kids, etc. swim from the cafe.

Great gym. Decent amount of equipment. They have recently upgraded a lot of rooms and equipment so they are actively listening to members and improving where it s needed. Let s not forget it s run by the YMCA so there s great community feel too. There s a massive amount of classes run upstairs and on the gym floor, not to mention the Wellness studio for women. This facility doesn t get enough credit tbh.
Beautiful to come here early in the morning <3 Plenty of equipment with a great location on campus. Though I do wish it opened a bit earlier on weekends, maybe that's something that could be explored for busy times during semester? If I could get up at the same time every day for an early gym session that would be fantastic. I don't use the pool much but in the one time I did use it, it has had great temperatures in winter, a giant heated pool that feels great
At men's room, thief stole my brand new Tommy jacket at around 1 pm of 22/07/2018. There is camera outside the room but staff and campus security don't have access to it. Be aware of the thief in UNSW!! Besides, hair drier in the men's room of swimming pool is extremely dirty! No one ever cleans them!
