Operations need aome work! It shouldn't take 3 hours to load a flatbes truck. They need more loaders or a better system Truck drivers get paid by the load not by the hour! With the ELD hours are being wasted just sitting.

Definitely should stay open later for pick and delivery

This place is a joke! Checked in at 1:20 with 4 trucks in front of me. Got loaded at 4:15 and then waited for 45minutes for my paperwork.

Loading a truck take approximately 1h but if there is ling line it will be long wait but it looks like thay need beter organized loading .

Best shipper ever. Arrived, got loaded in less than 30mins, the guys helped me with tarping.
