Ashley Lloyd makes this company low class with unprofessional service. She does not answer her phone or return calls. Do not bring your business with this group please read previous reviews! They first give a friendly impression at first to get commission off contracts and take your money but when you need their service they become ghosts!! Pitiful decision to trust these people gave the benefit of doubt to be proven they are con artists!! I urge others to please go with a professional insurance company that has class and integrity for their services!!

I have been trying to get a refund for the unused portion of my annual premium for a business I sold since Jan. 1st. It is now March 11th and I finally got a check and they have spelled my name wrong and still have the wrong address on the check as well. This is after providing this info multiple times. They have had my name on the policy for a year.
The check expires in a few days and I don't know if I will be able to deposit it due to these errors. I would not use this company again.

I hold TWFG Insurance Agency in the highest regard as far as customer service goes. Laura Jones, my agent was very professional and top notch. Whether by phone or email, I get the information and answers I need in a prompt and courteous manner with some great rates added. Thanks again Laura Jones, for the amazing work you do!!! if I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Do not trust this organization. I have been the victim of theft by a contractor who was insured by TWFG. When I contacted TWFG, I discovered evidence of dishonest, fraudulent practices (i.e. an agent providing a certificate of insurance to a relative) and the CEO ignored my communication and the COO denied ("it must have been a forged document") and defended the actions of a Branch Owner and his agents. Disheartening that a company that stated "our policy is caring" clearly does not.

I don't know about anyone in the company except Robert Ortiz. But I can tell you he is stellar with helping you understand what your're buying and exactly what it covers in terms anyone can understand. Plus he saved me almost $800 a year on my homeowner's insurance. Can't beat that with a stick!

Don't trust these people! It's my best advice!! Carlos Cantu won't pick up the phone pretending being busy, adding stuff to my policy that I didn't request... Worst experience in my life with insurance companies!!!!!

I have used TWFG for my home owner's insurance for around 15 years, as well as our company commercial policy for the last 11 years. I have been very happy with the personal service I receive. I would highly recommend them.
