I owned a Toyota Vios 2017, VJ 2832 due to my absence on interval service,my 5 years warranty was terminated. Year 2019 l was informed that if l upgrade my service package l could claim my reverse camera which was faulty in 2018. From center Wing Hin(Pandan Indah)l was rejected & later on I went to Wheelcorp( klangLama). Was about to replace item,their excuse was that the unit has been tampered and that l was informed to upgrade my package in order for claim. As the pandemic occurred,was not able to update. I went back in November 25,2020 to pay the service package ,l was told that the warranty of or the car has been terminated. How can they twist & turn when we customers make a claim. Could you look into this matter & reply asap. Tq

Why is Toyata body paint without hq complain, Toyota body paint sijangkang leaders, service attitude is very poor, there have been three or four times adjuster to take pictures, after a month, insurance also approved...

Why labour cost for car service so high?..its around rm200 just for workmanship..can explained?
