The Ultrasource smokehouse is one of the least dependable units I've ever worked with. With one week of it being commissioned, the smoke generator shorted out and caught fire due to bad wiring, the next day the gasket from the smoke generator to the smoker melted and caught fire, after more downtime and repairs. It worked exactly 2 days before it stopped generating smoke all together. And pieces are already falling off to due bad welds.

If you want a $50,000.00 paperweight than I recommend it.

The 1414 dock is a hard dock to get into and out of but the people there are so helpful and always happy. Must be a great place to work.

Great people and great prices! If they say they will then they will...

One of the worst experiences I've had with any equipment manufacturer. Salesperson refused to honor 1-year warranty on defective tooling, citing the high cost to them. Failed to return calls and stopped responding to emails... and was argumentative when I finally did manage to make contact. After sending in the brand-new defective tooling and waiting over 2 months for a resolution, ended up having to replace out of our own pocket. Even then, company couldn't supply a reliable lead time on tooling... "two weeks", then "ten weeks", then "4 weeks"... and unable to expedite.

I will be avoiding this company as much as possible in the future, and I suggest you do the same.
