One of the worst experiences I've had with any equipment manufacturer. Salesperson refused to honor 1-year warranty on defective tooling, citing the high cost to them. Failed to return calls and stopped responding to emails... and was argumentative when I finally did manage to make contact. After sending in the brand-new defective tooling and waiting over 2 months for a resolution, ended up having to replace out of our own pocket. Even then, company couldn't supply a reliable lead time on tooling... "two weeks", then "ten weeks", then "4 weeks"... and unable to expedite.

I will be avoiding this company as much as possible in the future, and I suggest you do the same.
