I had high hopes for this messaging solution, but ...

I had high hopes for this messaging solution, but my experience has been lacking. The integration process was not as straightforward as I anticipated, and the documentation could be more user-friendly. It took a while to get support, and when I finally did, the responses were somewhat vague and didn’t resolve my issues. Overall, it hasn't met my expectations. 😕
