Great exhibits, and friendly staff. If you have kids that are interested in fossils, definitely take them out to dig up their own!

very cool, highly skilled preparation of fossils, visited during off season but plan to go back in summer to get up to the quarry. bought a diy fossil prep kit, gave me a whole knew appreciation of the work it takes to make a fossil presentable.

Amazing experience. went here several times as a kid and took my kids this week, exact same experience. from the truck ride up the side of a bluff to digging in the dirt. it's a fun and memorable time. Best fish quarry in kemmerer.

Great experience. Found many fossils to bring home. Exceeded our expectations and have already recommended to friends and strangers. Prepare to get dusty and bring a chair if you want don't want to sit on the ground or rock. Will be back the next time we are in the area for sure.

Michael greeted us and was so kind. He kept the 6 foot distance but he taught my kids all about the fossils and how to uncover them. Honestly this shop was more fun and informative for our kids than the national monument visitor center! I bought a few fossils for the kids and they love them!! Don't miss the opportunity to stop by and say hello. Amazing people and so much fun.

We met the 93 year old owner. She was amazing. Super nice and very helpful, and told us stories about her younger days at the quarry. We ended up purchasing a fish fossil!

Took wife and kids on an amazing tour and dig. They absolutely loved it! You can dig as many fish as your heart desires and keep them. See photos of our haul which is only partial. You are surrounded by thousands of these gorgeous fossil fish. Dan was a great and informative guide.
