Place isn't even worth a star, have a family member there, no medications, no nurse interactions,clogged up toilet in the room, patient was told to use another patients restroom who was under isolation. Already got calls into the state to file a formal complaint Monday.This place needs to be shutdown, and I'm going to do everything in my power to make it happen.Only reason I left one star, was becuase it was the only way I could post the review

I d give less than one star if I could. This place is DISGUSTING. it smells horrific, the staff is terribly rude and unhelpful. my loved one didn t receive any of his crucial antibiotics for the almost 24 hours he was there. He got a terrible rash after sleeping in the bed for one night, and no one cared. The only time they came by was to make sure that he d sign a paper making sure his insurance was being billed. Terrible. NEVER send anyone you care about here. It needs to be shut down.

I live next door and the staff are at all hours of the day and night blasting their stereos from their cars disturbing us I hate to think what it is doing to their residents. I have called management several times no luck

This place is dangerous do not send your family member there! My family member went there this morning. She has sat all day no medications what so ever till after 9 pm. Dinner tray and sugar snacks for a diabetic were not healthy what so ever. Broken toilet told to go in someone else's room. No answers to call light for almost 2 hours. If i could give negative stars i would. This place should not be open at all. No management staff in the building. I could go on but i think I made my point. I will be filing complants with the health dept and the state as well as a lawyer.

This place is trash. I wouldn't make a dog live there! None of the so called nurses have a clue what they are doing. They left a patient sitting out in the freezing cold because they couldn't be bothered to push a button to let them in! They leave patients sitting in their on urine for days. This place needs to be shut down!

This campus is under new ownership and it shows! They have a very motivated Executive Director and Director of Admissions who are working diligently to bring changes into this building. They have an amazing team on board who truly care about making a difference in the lives of those that they serve!

My brother stayed here a couple of times. We found the staff to be caring and professional. Several staff members went out of their way to make him comfortable.

I couldn t be more happy that I became part of such a compassionate team, the management team consist of some of the strongest, most caring people I have ever met. The team is driven by doing the best and right thing for our residents all the time, providing exceptional care and customer service is the goal because when your here your family.

I wouldn't suggest sending someone here unless you're desperate. It's very dirty and understaffed. They put my Grandpa on a ward for people with mental health issues, even though he has no mental health problems. I got him moved to a new facility and before he left they told the new facility that he was schizophrenic, even though he's not, and refused to send over any medical records to back up that claim. I've seen worse facilities, but the staff here is generally pretty lazy, that's the main problem, thankfully though, they're all generally pretty nice, that's the silver lining.
