Hopefully I can save you time, energy and money with this post. I'm not typically one to write negative reviews, but I feel that this needs to be shared. My company is a former (thankfully) customer of Uhlig. We have partnered with them for many years and we were just informed that they were discontinuing our service. They gave us 4 DAYS (!!!) to get our inventory out of their warehouse. They are threatening to shred all of our inventory if we don't have a new vendor picked. (Side story: we have to pay for these items no matter what, and many of the items did not have the sales history for what they had printed. i.e. 31 rolls of 500 for an item that has been ordered 4 times in 18 months.) This unprofessionalism is actually kind of unbelievable. Picking a vendor is hard enough in normal circumstances. Now add in that we are in a pandemic and unable to do face-to-face meetings with our own staff, let alone vendors. Absolutely horrendous customer service. As much as of pain this has been to deal with, I'm very happy to no longer have to work with Uhlig.
