Love the feel of the smaller and unique space plus friendly staff. Poutine and wings are delicious Tuesdays and Thursdays are wing night. Hidden gem of Lacombe.

Went for lunch offered Irish stew it will be better tomorrow on St pat day.Beer had a bad taste they blamed on a first pour of the day but they still charged for the beer even that it was unsinkable .Usually wouldn't say anything but they just kept asking if I wanted another I guess they wanted me to clean the taps and lines for them and pay them at the same time not impressed at all

This place had great food. Really neat little bar. Make sure you go out the back and check out the mural on the walls. Cool little town.

If there is a better place in Lacombe to sit on a patio in the sun and have a beer, I don t know of it. Great selection of craft beer and plenty of food choices from the menu (love the 1/2 appy platter). Definitely coming back.

Nothing to write home about. I think the people who gave this place rave reviews were half cut and had the beer munchies

Great atmosphere. Wasn't overly impressed with the service. Over 10 mins to get a drink and it definitely wasn't busy. They do wing nites on Thursday and they have more flavors then most places which I like. Unfortunately the wings were over cooked but whatever.

Great! A real surprise. I was hoping to go here for some time and finally made it. Super food and the special Christmas sangria and Cranberry Beergarita were terrific.

Came here for wing night on a brewery tour around Alberta. Service was top notch, great selection of beers on tap, and wings were fantastic (suicide wings need a lot more heat though). Great small town Alberta bar with a friendly vibe. If Nadine is here during your visit, but this champion a drink or pay for her meal (everyone knows Nadine).

A nice atmosphere to have a couple drinks, food and socialize.

I believe this is a very small unique bar that caters to locals and the service is great in there the food is awesome I highly recommend it for a gathering or a function

Food was mediocre, we had the blue cheese burger and chicken burger. Chicken burger was a reprocessed small breaded patty and blue cheese burger was bland.

Had a good time! Server was great! She remembered everything, and was quick.

I've only been here once for a Paint Nite, but I had a great time. Their garlic and dill fries were really good! Quick service and friendly staff.

Poor service, took over ten minutes for our server Jade to come by in a mearly empty restautant. Went to the bar to try to order drinks twice, no one even there to take orders.

Been a few times for lunch. Enjoy their sweet potato fries! Good coffee, too. Solid pub food in nice atmosphere.

Such an awesome pub! I have always had great service and the food never fails to impress me!

We did not leave because of the wait for food, we went to resolve and waited an hour for food due to a wedding, we left because we felt the server/ was rude and giving us attitude for no reason

I have had a good chunk of bad service but this takes the cake, understand these are stressful times and I have been a server and our table was servers, but our server takes forever to even say hello to us, fine when busy whatever. but then aggressivly says " you ladies need to show id" okay but had bad engery then forgets to id me and then asks for mine, okay

Continuing bad service we decide to cancel our food and go drink some where else and no harm, she rudely states we have to pay for the fries we ordered even though they never arrive, and starts saying she is the owner and we have to pay, we politely inform her we know that's not the case, she says its a huge hassle as the owner, at this point I alittle rude my self stat she can easily give it to her staff as a thanks for for thier hard work as fries over hesd cost is not much

She then slams our bill on our table

I understand these are hard times and servers have been going through alot but this was not okay.

So id the black haired women who claimed to be the owner i hope you improve the services of your nice looking bar that has 15$ wings for some reason

Ribstone Creek beer was flat. Experience was good.

Service was friendly, juke box, pool tables and even a playable piano with tons of "character". The food was delicious and home made!

This is a hidden gem in Lacombe. The food is great and you get a real size meal.

Waited just over an hour for our food on a busy Friday night - just fish & chips but the fish was so overcooked it was inedible. Got the whopping staff discount of $2.47 on the whole meal. And a friend who had exactly the same meal, her tab was about a dollar less than mine! Not impressed...won't be back.

Ugly's is a true classic. Great food, huge portions and a large selection of drinks all brought together by the attentive and friendly staff make for a great experience time and time again.

Rustic small town appeal if you want to stop in and have a couple of brews when you're in Lacombe it's an excellent choice

First time at this location, walked in and sat down, waited 15 minutes at the table without any server coming over. Almost empty place and then after serving the customers that were already done eating the server sat down and ignored us. Would not reccomend

Only had 1 beer, was dead and could barely hear the music.

My favorite watering hole for many reasons. Oh the stories those walls could tell. However, the reason to go back are the staff are just lovely. The food is fabulous and the drinks are tasty. Not much to say. It`s just simply the best way to knock off of an afternoon and have some cocktails, on the patio of it`s open and some yummy snacks, or spend the evening with a yummy appy platter or a full meal....burgers are unreal there. For sentimental reasons this place is the best.
