Kitchen staff that make the quesadillas are very disrespectful. I ve been here for 2 weeks and they have Absolutely no care or courtesy for the customers/patients of the hospital. They Come to work with an attitude and have no empathy or sympathy for the ones that are going through a rough time. Regardless of whether we think they should Be held to higher expectations due to working in a hospital is irrelevant to them. They re here for a check, that s it and it is made clear. It s time for management to step up and put their foot down regarding attitudes of all staff!!

The longest wait ever, and not one single person is in the waiting room. I came here with chest pain and Severe discomfort, and doctors and nurses are just walking by and by without saying a word. I WOULD RATHER GO TO A CARESPOT than ever come here again.

The care has been pretty good, but adapting to the pandemic while allowing the father to have a role has not been a strong point. The mother needs the support of their husband/partner. He is literally a part of her whole health team. With the technology we have today, there are countless ways to allow the father to still be a part of the pregnancy journey. I understand that times are different with the pandemic, but I also understand that you have technology to help you adapt. Not allowing facetime or any recordings during the sonogram is ridiculous. Also, why not setup a video feed into a separate room for the father to be able to see the sonogram? I have numerous suggestions on how you could include the father even during this pandemic. Reach out.

Waiting 4+ hours while my mother is in severe pain for a private room to examine her. The nurse said that she don't know how long it will be. It can be as long as 8 hours or more. She said she was sorry but it did not make my mom's pain and suffering any less. Modern health care!

My brother and sister in law are there right now d...

My brother and sister in law are there right now delivering their first child. My brother had to wait outside for 4 hours before he could be with his wife. Now they tell my brother he will have 2 hours after the baby is born and then he has to leave and cannot come back till his wife and newborn are discharged. So my poor sister in law will be completely alone! Poor thing is having a panic attack now. How is this allowed ?! They were not told about this 2 hour policy. It s absolutely insane and heartbreaking.

Update. She had the baby, overall she s been happy with the care, the baby had some complications so they haven t asked my brother to leave yet which also is good.

Was to go in and have a procedure done because I can't keep food down and keeps coming right backup I was short $700 from the $2000 that the bill was and they would not let me make payment arrangements so because of this I'm going to the Mayo clinic because apparently my money's good there

I m giving three stars because I love my doctors and I feel like I m being taken care of. However, being pregnant during this pandemic is hard enough and I don t feel like families are being put first at this hospital. It s hard enough not having my husband with me, he is missing out on so much and he deserves to be involved. If spouses can t come into appointments with us, I do believe certain things should be taken into consideration. Why can t we FaceTime during sonograms or video? I mean everyone knows where I go to Dr. and they know where I get my ultrasounds so what is the big deal? I feel if our spouses can t be present then other options should be taken into consideration. This is causing more unnecessary stress to expecting moms! We don t want to feel alone and that s exactly what this facility is promoting. Your only requirements when entering the facility is a mask and no temperature, so why can t my spouse come in if he has a mask and no temperature? Dads deserve to be involved, moms don t deserve to be alone during such a vulnerable time!

UF Health - Jacksonville has provided superb care ...

UF Health - Jacksonville has provided superb care for me since "DAY ONE" back on 09/24/2019. My medical providers have kept on top of my difficult situation and have proceeded in such a manner to discern what has been needed, make the necessary referral to UF Health - Gainesville and get things done. I am so grateful for them. Keep up the great work! And again, THANK YOU!!!

So I have thus far been seen by their family medicine, psychiatry, gastroenterology, and emergency departments (as well as the lab in the pavilion) for a variety of reasons, from gynecologic issues, to possible celiac disease (biopsy next month), ongoing anxiety disorder management, to potential rabies exposure treatment in the ED. Receptionist staff are always super kind and helpful, security staff are friendly, nurses are always incredibly sweet, nurse practitioners are extremely capable and the doctors are top-notch.

Worst hospital i have been to in my entire life. Staff has no care in the world for patients. Longest wait time I've ever seen. Very rude and staff that will refuse to listen to you. I do not ever plan on coming back to this establishment nor would I recommend it to anyone.
