The care has been pretty good, but adapting to the pandemic while allowing the father to have a role has not been a strong point. The mother needs the support of their husband/partner. He is literally a part of her whole health team. With the technology we have today, there are countless ways to allow the father to still be a part of the pregnancy journey. I understand that times are different with the pandemic, but I also understand that you have technology to help you adapt. Not allowing facetime or any recordings during the sonogram is ridiculous. Also, why not setup a video feed into a separate room for the father to be able to see the sonogram? I have numerous suggestions on how you could include the father even during this pandemic.
