I thought this place will be great, with the Olympic legacy. However, it's just there....Maybe it's me, but I ended up going back to my old gym. So I paid already for a whole year but I had to go back to my old gym, I couldn't blend here

Good value gym, its just lacking a swimming pool, courts can get really busy so would advise to book in advance. I wish it was 27 hours though but not possible as its ran by human staff. The PTs there are not great, coming from a David Lloyds these guys offers no help, maybe tidy up the weights but that's all, basically don't expect much help.
Been going to this gym for 4 years, not once have I had a problem. They are always open, friendly and have great fascilities. The membership is probably the best value around.
State of the art facilities at the East End of London. The Sports Dock is based at the University of East London. It has a lot to offer, from gym, to aerobic, yoga, Pilates and other classes. You can go there without a membership. Open to the community members.
I am part of the support team of Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu team, we ran a yearly comp The English open at the sports centre. Yesterday I dropped my wallet in the car park outside the sports centre main entrance. I only realised once I had reached home in Tonbridge Kent. I rang this morning and spoke to one of your staff George, he informed me that one of the instructors Kefentse (Kef) had handed it in to reception. Please thank him very much from me for his honesty it shows great character and I am know his good deed will not go unrewarded, also please thank George. My name is Augustus but everybody knows me as Abdul. You have a great staff who you should be very proud of many thanks again God Bless.
Facilities are nice but could do with a good clean. Healthy vending options are good but would like to see healthier hot food options in the canteen. Cash only despite having card machines made it an annoying experience.
Recently had to go here for Taekwondo competition over Christmas. Was very impresses with cafe the food was actually very good for a small cafe in a sport complex. Only down side was that it did not take cards and we had to pay by cash.
Good gym equipment and the university has changed in the past years especially with the inclusion of the gym and the indoor sporting complex. Very impressed and good addition for students
We had loads of fun using the Gym we highly recommend this place. We moved to different locations but we love this place so helpful and professional staff that are knowledgeable.
Great gym with good facilities and equipment. Good selection of classes. Main hall can be hired for multiple sports including: Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton etc. Changing rooms and showers are fine. No pool or sauna.
Like being valued as a loyal member of the gym? If you answered yes - skip this place. As a silver member for a year and a half I forgot that I can't attend during rush hours (16:00 - 21:00) and got turned away. Fair enough, my mistake. What annoyed me was the fact that I already changed and when asked the guy if there is no way I could enter - I heard back a simple 'no'. No alternative offered. No 'yeah, pay something and go in' or 'you know what, mistakes happen, just use it this time'. Sad really. Otherwise it is a decent gym, modern equipment. I used to love the virtual spin class that anyone can attend without any additional cost or sign up. So if you are not fussy like me - it is a very good value for money gym.
Gym is ok but many items worn off , classes are not organised well -short and not many / or not at suitable time for working people. It covers a huge area , but no swimming pool or sauna. Toilets always smell of piss. Otherwise decent place and the best thing about it is the free parking for members
From not being able to use the lift to get upstairs to water fountains not working and hallways that aren't wheelchair friendly when people are queuing to get into a room this visit could have been better.
