Multiple levels and many different shops. Very clean and professional.

Huge mall with just about every store you could possibly imagine or want. Very well kept up and clean. Great food court with lots of variety and good quality food. The only downside is that there isn't very good directions as to what floor what store's are on and how to get to them. Overall a nice mall and everything would ever need at a mall!

This Mall used to be so much nicer but this year it's so sad looking. A lot of stores closed, restaurants.... They used the same decorations as last year including the Xmas tree and Santa's chair, makes you wonder if they're in some sort of financial trouble. I wanted my son to take pictures with Santa in a new decor but we had to pass on it this year, it looked the same as last. So disappointing. Plus under the dome was absolutely empty. Even through My China restaurant the "wind was blowing".

Try the wings at the Korean food place in the food court it's amazing

It's stores are mediocre and overpriced there are better stores out and about in the city that are cheaper and better quality.

If you like going out to shop, this place is good. Mostly just walk around and eye shop - then go home and order it cheaper on Amazon. They have a few cool robot helpers spread about the place now that are cool for kids and tourists

Middle-higher end shopping mall with a decent food court and movie theater. Some of the food court is open during breakfast hours, but there s nothing spectacular there. Also serves as a convenient shortcut between Powell Street station and the Metreon when it s raining. Mostly notable for the presence of a Microsoft store, which are relatively rare.

Just wish there where more stores for people on a small budget

The architecture alone is worth a visit. If you want to see the money in San Francisco, go to Westfield Mall

It is OK for a mall. But if you are in San Francisco, go and buy from a unique local store instead. Better products, prices, style than malls.

Nice little mall lots of great stores love the spiral escalator up.

An enormous shopping complex hue hue hue.
A bit pricy but the offers and extensive selection kind of equals it out. Several floors, various brands with everything you might need from clothing to accessories. Worth the visit when you re nearby. Best you set aside at least one hour to go through it.

This mall covers all your needs. Excellent selection of brands.

Care to dive into a palace of consumer goods? One could get fit just window shopping. Not fond of escalators that lead to Nordstrom's and having to double back just to get to next one.

Nice atmosphere lots of stores animal friendly inquisitive staff and a great Haagen-Dazs ice cream food court where they serve nothing but Haagen-Dazs ice cream any flavor you could imagine plus Sundays and smoothies and milkshakes all made with Haagen-Dazs Yum Yum Yum coffee all the way everyday

The food was, as always, very tasty and it's exactly the same as what you see on the photos on the internet. The location was very convenient as we were staying at the city centre. Very spacious and free drink refills. A bit and a bit pricey too.

Excellent shopping experience in the heart of the city. Huge mall with a lot of middle to upper income stores, most of which have a second location outside the mall in the Downtown area within blocks of here as well. Food court is typical fast food options, the mall itself is usually full of tourists, locals, browsers and serious shoppers alike. Very diverse, people from all income levels and lifestyles all shop here so it makes for great people watching. Relatively safe, but take extra caution leaving after dark. Typically beggars, thugs and shady characters loitering in the area, so be careful. All in all, a great place to spend money.

Very clean mall with easy access via Powell St BART. Good food options available as well. There are shops to cater to a variety of tastes but few of them are cheap.

Plenty of parking! Love going to the roof near Five Guys, you can access the wi-fi it's just not as strong.

This mall has just about everything. The movie theatre is open later than anything else. Plus, it has two hidden spas- Burkes Williams and the Nordstorm Spa.

All the stores you need and they have pretty much everything in stock. The food court is really good, although on the pricer side.

Certainly a place to stop off at when visiting the city. A huge range of stores set in an impressive looking building. Don't forget to get your Bloomingdale's discount at the Bloomimgdale's visitors center if you are visiting the city.

A shopping center of the regular kind. Once inside you could be anywhere

Great stores with popular and new product. Lots of good shops on the streets nearby. Didnt hurt to be right beside the tram main station too.
Parking not so easy nor cheap though.

This place is huge! The clothes were too sometimes! I am huge, so this is comforting to my self-esteem.

Decent mall, with a central location. Not a great variety of stores. Navigation through the mall is a bit complicated.
