So I've been dealing with customer service and the customer service is the worst that handling any complaints for for drivers I contracted covid-19 on the 25th of this month and applied for their assistance and was approved according to their policy they're updated policy I was paid a significantly less than what I was entitled to and this is keeping into consideration and a maximum for my area and excluding all bonuses promos and referrals and following the policy that they have online exactly so they disabled my account for 14 days so I can stay home and be safe and then slapped me in the face with $300 and said that my daily average for the last 3 months was $21 and something cents which is clearly not true I've already filed a complaint with the better better business bureau I cannot find another number for support where I can get help and every time I talk to customer service the only thing they say is we will send this email to our specialized team member and they will respond to you in the app but every time they respond it's a new person saying please provide screenshots of your issue or can you please visit this link to follow our policy and realize there's a maximum it's like they're not even reading my responses I could say something completely off the wall and I feel like they just copy and paste and send I'm a single parent with two daughters and I'm already having trouble keeping food in the fridge within the last 90 days 3 months I've made over $6,000 doing Uber I've actually only been working for Uber since November 2nd through January 25th when I got my account disabled for being approved for their assistance for covid that's a total of 86 days which is an average of $80.63. and that's calculating the full 86 days not only the days I was working I was supposed to be approved for $1,1 23 and something cents after posting screenshot after screenshot after screenshots in the customer service on the app showing them their own policy my earnings and how the heck did you get $300 is crazy to me can someone please give me advice where I can get help with this issue or report it because I'm sure I'm not the only person having this issue it's absurd how do I feed my two kids for two weeks on $300

For all of the good that Uber does, I wish it was easier to talk to a real person when something goes wrong. Like drivers cancelling orders because they see how far the drive is from restaurant to delivery address and then your food sits until another driver accepts. I would like to be able to rate those BS drivers with poor service and unreliable.

They have you drive exspensive long trips then delete the trip. then they play games with you because they deleted the information you need to reference the trip and get Them to pay you. Thieves, scam. They also will pay drivers for trips they Never took. And then refuse to fix it even after 5 emails that they paid you for a trip that was impossible to even make. The company is run by idiots.

My first experience with Uber Eats was positive, but my second was a disaster. Using my preset profile (address, info, card #, etc.), I ordered food and watched it be confirmed/prepared/picked up. The driver then called and left a message saying there was no street address, therefore she was canceling the order. When I immediately called her back (and texted) there was no response. The restaurant confirmed she had picked up the food but did not bring it back nor did she ever call back so basically, she had our food and wasn't going to deliver it. Had to call Uber support for them to tell me I hadn't been charged, that there was no retribution to the driver, and I would just need to call in the order again. I don't think so. Last time I use Uber Eats.

Uber eats is a heart beat away from a Large lawsuit by delivering food outside of Tamper proof boxes. I ordered some food through them and there was something very strange about my food when it arrived. It should be a law that they cannot deliver food unless it's in a safe sealed from Restaurant, Tamper Proof and weather resistant to keep food warm or cold if left outside using its contactless delivery method. It was 24 degrees and raining and the delivery person left the food on the front step wide open bag and open styrofoam container top. Didn't ring door bell or call. I called back Uber who told me my food was delivered 20 mins ago. I'm like are you kidding me. I emailed Uber eats about this fragrant and they emailed me back saying next time leave better delivery instructions. SmH. Better just to go get your food that way you know it's safe and will be hot and not tampered with.

First and foremost, I do not have a license, so I used to rely heavily on Uber, but after having a terribly rude Uber driver who drove off, nearly breaking my fingers, which were in his door handle, and nearly driving over my toes, I attempted to contact Uber for assistance, and was blatantly ignored, I have stopped using Uber, for Lyft and have not had another negative experience since. Uber is highly unprofessional and I will not give them any of my business.

They quoted me $20-$29 before and during the ride. My driver got lost because he did not follow the GPS. He also did not listen to my verbal instructions. Days later Uber charge me double the quoted price.

Their customer support is terrible. No one even reads the emails they just respond with auto replies. I am extremely disappointed in Uber service, they are quoting system and their customer service.

Had I known the 10 mile drive would cost me $50 I would have used lift or gotten a ride from a friend.

When I reached out to Uber support for a refund they would only issue me $12 in a credit.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Their actions constitute fraud and I will be contacting state representatives to discuss the matter

Do not any under circumstances use this service. Uber Eats is kind of ok, when they're not completely messing up your order but Uber itself is absolute trash. They have intentionally made it impossible to speak with anyone for help and they will literally steal your money, with no way of ever getting it back. Stay as far away from this evil corporation as humanly possible.

Uber is the dirtiest wanton company I've ever delt with, I won't recommend anyone to drive for UBER. How can a rating like this get one terminated without any prior warning? After all their perks and accolades, I was fired without any prior warnings.

How I found out? That night I set out to work as usual, I only work at nights, to find out the Uberapp wasn't functioning so I called in to get the issue solve. To my dismay I was told. "You are terminated and the decision is final." My only respond was "Just like that?"

Then under another breath of the I almost curse. The representative have some nerve to say to me the only option we have for you is driving Uber eat. Did you all got that?

Now why would I drive for Uber eat if I'm not qualify to do what I love doing? Duh? I thought I was doing an excellent job, if I wasn't they sure had me fooled.

That meant they lie and manipulate drivers, not only steal their monies but do all kind of wrong things to get by such as getting over on the IRS, telling you, you are employed and you're Your Own Boss, It's your business.

How could that be? I do not have a job at this moment. I thought I had a business!!!

Tonight, not only did the Warriors win, Uber was represented in the designated pick up area at Oracle in tremendous fashion .Tonight, Uber dealt some "Haymaker" blows and won the fight against the cheating hackers that plague our Driver App System. More specifically, I am referencing the Uber Black/SUV driver part of the App. It was like witnessing the "Good Guys" ride in on their white horses and save the day. The new setup for engaging rides at Oracle Warrior games is a success!! The new setup which positions the drivers in product type specific lines, matching the riders with the next driver and car in the line in an orderly and efficient manner was "Golden"!! The riders, drivers, staff on hand operated the new process well and could feel the professional efficiency displayed. I enjoyed seeing a long awaited fairness return to Drivers. All present could only admire and respect the intelligent changes employed tonight. I could'nt wait to get online and offer my feedback. I am elated and encouraged. This is the Uber I believe in and applaud. This is the Uber experience that we are looking for. This is Uber making progress to render ineffective the hackers and their illegal, abusive, and greedy tactics. This move made by Uber should be praised and appreciated. This is a 10x improvement. Praises and my heartfelt appreciation of thanks goes out to the engineers, programmers, management, and support staff that put together these new procedures. I just love it.

By the way, I also enjoyed so much the look of defeat and confusion that some of the hackers had on their faces when they saw that they could not hack like they been doing. I enjoyed it so much. Great work UBER. A big thank you to you.

Absolutely the most arrogant, elitist, condescending, unhelpful, socially destructive corporation on the planet. Ok, that's actually a tough call about who is THE worst, so let's say they are top 5. I had my cell phone deactivated by Verizon because Norwegian Airlines stranded me in the Copenhagen Airport at 3:30am and I had to make an 'illegal (?????)' phone call to Norwegian Air customer service. Upon arrival in the states, my cell was non-functional, and despite 3 straight days of trying, Verizon refused to give me my number back. So, down the block I went and I'm now a proud customer of T-Mobile, but with a new phone number. Which...guess what.. means that Uber will not let me log into their app because they require 2 step verification so they can't send me a security code to my new phone because THEY WON'T LET ME LOG IN TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER.. you are seeing the Catch-22 here? Now, despite another 3 days of research, UBER WILL NOT ALLOW A CUSTOMER TO CALL THEM! There is NO customer service phone number (unless you are in a crash or you are a 'premium account') that allows you to speak to a human. Every avenue their help page on their website suggests requires you to log in to the app and use the help tips in the app. Hey, GUESS WHAT... CATCH-22... YOU WON'T LET ME LOG IN TO THE APP. And around we go. Somehow I finally manage to find an email to file a support ticket. Hey, another merry-go-round of arrogance, dismissal, lackadaisical reply times, non-coordination, refusal to talk to me in person, etc, etc, etc. The last communication I had with them, about a week ago, was that they thank me for my patience while they are working hard on this issue. REALLY? You could solve this issue with a single phone call. So, over to Lyft I go, never to return to Uber. This company is an active destructive force in unionizing by drivers; is actively driving yellow cabs in NYC out of business; is actively lobbying NYC politicians to allow them loopholes in labor laws; openly treats their drivers with hostility and continual wage reductions and the icing on the cake is THEY WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU AS A RIDER TO TALK TO THEM!! By contrast, when I had to reset my phone number with Amazon and ran into trouble, I had a human being on the phone in 5 minutes and they even gave me a gift card for the trouble. Please, Mr. Bezos, go pay the Uber people a visit and explain to them how to treat customers. Uber needs to be legislated out of existence. They are objectively a force for evil in the world. I urge everyone to go back to yellow cabs or switch to Lyft (which I'm sure is just as destructive but at least they will talk to me).
