Until recently we used to use a cloud based system but it was unreliable and not up to scratch. In moving to Tevalis we have a stable POS system and all of the information I need to generate reports & stock control to continue to grow with a higher level of management & less stress.

From start to finish Tevalis have been absolutely brilliant. We had a massive time constraint to work towards and in 6 weeks we signed up and about to go live next week. A tremendous effort by their team. I've worked with other companies and Tevalis have stood out of the crowd. Totally recommend

Can't fault them! flawless implementation, reliable system and a stock management system that rivals anything on the market. Dynamic, evolving company which is the polar opposite of my old TISSLE system. So glad I made the switch!

This company gives the impression of being asleep at the wheel. I share the crushing disappointment experienced by others & now wonder if there can be a satisfactory end to this bumbling ineptitude. Hours wasted with the help line, endless tinkering - in 2020 not in 1998 !

I've been with Tevalis for almost 2 years having used other POS systems in the past and can safely say this is the most comprehensive system I've used. The aftercare I received when we first installed was great and I can't fault the support team when I have hardware problems. Yes, I recently experienced some problems with 'lagging' on the portal but Tevalis were aware of the problems and it was quickly resolved

great support and system easy to build, great thank you to Mr Taylor who support us on the process with a 5 star service. Highly recommended

Great system. Terrible customer service and technical support. We have had a technical problem for two months now and they wont resolve it. Support don't answer emails for days. Some reports don't work on Mondays as their servers are too busy. They have grown too quickly and cannot support the system. AVOID.

Jenna, Lydia and Darren were amazing through to process of implementing the new till system and couldn't ask for better guidance and support.

The process of sale and implementation is almost perfect and left me at ease all the way until the end.

The back office of the POS is one of the best designed and intuitive products I have ever used or seen and the front of house devices look sleek and are very responsive.

Handheld device licenses get 2 in 5.

From pre-installation to now has been one let down after another. We have no barcode scanner, tablets that fail regularly and no customer support. The promises from sales don't match the product.
Avoid at all costs

One of the worse company I've ever worked with, I paid over 4k in 2018.
They upgrade your epos without giving you a heads up or telling you what's been upgraded and day after you realise so many things been changed and mistakes start to happen.

I have 4 open tickets, one is from December 2018, 3 from last year November, apparently they are still working on it.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. All their staff are highly knowledgeable, competent and friendly.
They have been with us every step of the way with professional guidance & practical suggestions on our new till set up.

Fantastic customer support. Really well structured project plan and system build with regular team communication. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. Had system for 6 weeks and still not working properly. Did not integrate with my Card provider as promised and the membership not up and running yet either. No one EVER calls you back! Constantly chasing them! Considering boxing up hardware and driving the whole lot to Hull and back...

We are very close to our Tevalis install and the process so far has been exceptionally smooth. Joseph who has been helping us with our till set up has been brilliant and helped with all of our queries no matter how random. We have been able to have many reviews to ensure when the install takes place everything goes smoothly.

A software company who promises the moon and doesn t deliver. They ve developed too fast for what they can chew, support team is simply shocking when severe issues arise & no ownership for their mistake. A year in and the project is still not completed, multiple issues and the only thing they are asking is for payments of their fees. The likes of Zonal or Lightspeed / marketman are a safer and more reliable bet.

Don t bother. Terrible customer service. And a system that continually crashes.

Absolutely disgusting by the response I have had from this company. I was never told about monthly cost I would have to pay for an additional part to my system. I have never used it and they are still chasing me for the money. I have asked several times for a contract number to discuss this but no one wants to talk to me.

My tevalis system is so unreasonable. I have asked for support for someone to look into it but never get any joy. The support team have said they should look in to it but no one seems bothered at all.

Really regret choosing tevalis now.

Great customer service from Joseph and Lydia. Such a lovely experience, very nice people and extremely helpful along the whole way. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering using Tevalis.

I had a system in my restaurants that i bought online for 2 years and it didn't provide me with much reporting so had to look elsewhere eventually as we were purchasing another site. Came across tevalis last year at restaurant show and was introduced to new ways i can manage all sites from home which has saved me a lot of time. Also very easy to use pos. Would recommend.

Pretty much the worst till system provider I've ever encountered. Their customer service is non-existent. Once a problem becomes too difficult for them to work out - they'll just stop answering your calls.

They couldn't care less whether their product works or not, once they've sold it to you. Calling them the Ryan Air of till systems is a compliment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have used a couple of pos systems as a manager before across different restaurants and Tevalis has the best management tools hands down. Looking into a system with them now for my first restaurant.
