U.S. Investigation Services Review

I loved my Job, I loved my co-workers. The biggest problem is the high turnover in the office and lack of organization. I recently moved to Texas and tried to get a job with Securitas here. I got nothing but the run around and treated like human waste. This is after 9 years of complete loyalty.
Securitas, you need to remember, your employees are the most important part of your company. Your GUARDS!!!!!! TREAT THEM WELL!!!!! Or you can keep losing accounts. Because if you treat your people like Crap, Thats exactly what you will get. As for me, im done with your organization. You lost a good employee.

Prospective clients, they have good people. But remember, if you want to pay crap, you will get crap. Remember, you pay the company 20 and hour, the company gives the officers a third of that, IF LUCKY!!!!!! You GET what you PAY for.

Check your w2's they might have you working in the county but you live in the city, double check your paycheck stubs, they refused to change my stuff around.. this company is messed up

Iam a former employee, and just thought id give you a courtesy heads up that you have a few former employees who now work for another security firm and are actively wanting to steal several of your contracts in the st charles county area specifically TVS in Wentzville.

Don t be fool by the reviews this company write all their 5 stars reviews. I m a former employee and from my experience Securitas is a horrible company to work for they assigned me to one of their US Bank location and I was unarmed and I was shot at multiple times and I was injured and was terminated because of me filling a workers comp claim. Hope this review can save a life!

Worst company to work for. No communication from head office. No support from head office. Gaurds are not trained proper nor given raises.

Best security company. ..if you want to hire security trust me try this company. They are reliably, and good at what they do .patrols property with no worries. Just try them, tell them Latosha Cathey. Sent you.

Applied for a job here yesterday,and the staff was absolutely nice. Very relaxed atmosphere overall and everyone was expedient through out the entire process for me. Ms. Kamilah provided a very relaxed interview experience for me.

Worst company ever....fired me for having a seizure on the job. Then denied my unemployment claim. Said that I was in violation of their "No Sleeping" policy and was fired for misconduct. They never even offered to send me to the hospital....

Current worker,, and I promise the management is horrible and all they do is lie lie LIE! They took away my shift,called me while I was off and forced me to go work a position that I sleep on. Smh they only care bout themselves and not their officers. No overtime so don't believe them, no paid vacation because if you take your vaca you lose your check. Any other security company may be better.

Staff has poor communication skills, they don't know how to talk to people. Staff also lies about armed raises. Great for entry lvl security positions.

This place is a joke, I hope they lose all of their contracts, and a better Security Company takes over. The people in this place, have no idea how to communicate, or work as a team. It is a joke, WISH the CEO would read this and see how poorly his company is being ran here and FIRE everyone in the office. I am starting my own Security Company been working on it now for a few months, Im am going to start taking clients from Securitas. They want to be disrespectful to me, I have money, I can do it, and I will certainly pay officers a better salary. So better get used to losing clients Securitas, because it is coming.

I just want to comment on the behalf of one of your employees by the name of Ms. Johnson. She is always posted and the Civic center and NEVER falls short of her job duties securing the Civic Center. She really makes me feel safe in the downtown region. She's a people person, professional, alert, observant and just always on point. She really deserves to be recognized and I'm glad to have witnessed a GREAT job she is doing to represent your companies brand and the downtown Civic Center area!

Securitas can you explain something to me, how is it when an officer does not do their job, he/she is fired, but the scheduling manager does not do his, and makes mistakes, and somehow he still has the nerve to talk down to all of us (the officers), and keep his job?

Securitas is the most greedy, employee disrespecting employer in St. Louis! AVOID WORKING FOR THEM AND ANYONE WHO HAS A CONTRACT WITH THEM, TRUST ME GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and integrity of this companys practices and employees.

One of the shittiest security companies ever. I don't know why everyone there is butthurt except the recruiters. When you have an iraq veteran who has two deployments under his belt that works under a guy that used to be a cashier at target, you know something's wrong with this company.
