Rude service, manager Jeff was trying to be fake nice supporting his employee and calling SECURITY on customers have been doing business with the bank for 4 years , I have to say the bank needs to look at the bad reviews to see that they have problems to solve inside.
Second time in this bank., I have small business With 5 stars, you can know me from all reviews, so I say to those working there be a group to help people not a gang to scare them.
Terrible business banking . .on a weekend when I was out of town and you can't instantly deposit money it takes 24 hours to post I was hit with overdraft after overdraft hundreds of dollar. and was told to cover the overdrafts then they would reverse them ..well they reversed 4 only out of over 15.
So they took my hard earned money. Like they really needed it. Crippling my small business of a tattoo shop. Probably dont like people with tattoos. I am closing my account and going to credit union.
I've never been treated so badly and rudely.
Don't make the mistake of banking with these thieves.
Its a branch of US bank. It has most of the functionality of bigger branches, but usually if your there like most people coming there, you won't need to do much more there than to cash a check or deposit funds. Maybe use an ATM. They have 2 ATMs. One is inside the bank and ones outside. There is usually a small line inside the bank to get assistance, but typically it flows fairly quickly. Its a no frills place, to do what you need. They are closed certain days, so its alwats best to plan ahead and check their hours ahead of your planned visit.
Jeff Richardson was extremely dedicated and helpful, as well as very sharp. I also had a great experience with Brian Fast, who is very friendly and a very nice man, and quite dedicated to helping customers. This is the branch to go to, in my view. I will also point out that US Bank is a huge improvement over the larger banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, etc.).
Update: 3/13/20. This has not been fixed! changing banks.. 1/15/20 Come on US Bank! 20 to 30 minute wait times (at all times) with 1 to 2 tellers on average and 10+ open windows? This is during lunch at primetime! Way to save money on tellers! Fix this or I am changing banks.
This is a good bank! Lady was professional and helpful, and I came here often to make deposits. Granted it was some time ago, but bank it still there (12 years now since I went there)
Update: so a valuable lesson i learned with US Bank is to actually contact the branch managers and employees if you have a problem. I got 0 help from calling the corpoate customer service offices, but once i posted here, a member of the local US Bank branch reached out to help resolve my problem. We came to a satisfactory solution based on my situation and i am much more pleased with how things developed. Thanks for working with me to actually solve the problem.
I went here to deposit a check once, and after waiting in line for 10 minutes they suspected me of forging it because the person who wrote the check used two different pens. This is a ridiculous thing to even bring up because I have no control over how other people write checks.
I recommend using the US Bank a mile south of here. Faster service, and they don't make stupid assumptions.
If I could provide 0 star I would - half hour wait time with no business concluded. Ignored upon arrival, and after finally talking to a teller tells me a employee who s been gone for hour and half on lunch break I need to see for currency conversion - told me to wait even longer and rolled his eyes. WF is my bank. They courtly acknowledged my presence and helped me out in less than 5 minutes. Part of reason why I left US Bank.
