They don't call to tell you they aren't servicing ...
They don't call to tell you they aren't servicing your special needs family member till 15 minutes after they are supposed to be picked up. Which you know doesn't look good at your job. So I'm now at risk of losing my job because of bad communication. Keep an eye out about that. Other than that they are okay.
Adding to this review. 8/23 I was being nice but now If I could put negative stars I would. They told us yesterday that they would not be servicing my sister yet again because they decided a while ago that her caretakers would be in a meeting and didn't inform us in proper time to get time off from our jobs. My sister requires 2:1. So today she has been so stressed in not understanding why she wasn't picked up yet (again) so she has lashed out. People like my sister require a strict schedule and it hasn't been followed we NEED BETTER PEOPLE TO NOTIFY US WHEN THESE CHANGES TAKE PLACE!!!!!
Adding. Yet. Again. One of the 2:1 made arrangements for someone else to be working with my sister Friday. She told us this and the employees name who would be taking over for her on Wednesday. Everything was ready to go. The usual person who works with my sister even went out of her way to talk to the other employee about things my sister does/needs throughout the day. And yet. Again. AFTER they were supposed to get her. They decide to call and tell us that the original employee never made arrangements for my sister. She literally lied to our faces. Oh also if you ever expect the director to call you about changes to their schedule for your family member. Don't hold your breath. Shes only called us TWICE. There are so many problems I haven't been able to update on here.
