Best Mexican food in the Tri-County area. This is a must-try restaurant

Driving through from out of town. Craving Mexican. This place had great reviews, so thought we'd try it out. It did not disappoint. We got the steak, chicken, Chorizo combo. Chips and salsa were so flavorful. We asked for some to take home. Highly recommended.

Love it. Always good food and good service. Clean too.

Service was good but the food was awful. All the basics were ok (chips, salsa, queso, kids quesadilla) but the meals were terrible...im pretty sure they cook their chicken in dale's sauce or at least it tastes like it... and my chile relleno was covered in cold green sauce and it ruined the dish. Good service awful food. Go across the street and get a better meal at margerita grill

get the big bowl. it has the best steak around in it !!!

Chips were very stale. The "homemade" tamales were awful. Not homemade and did not taste like any tamale I have ever had. I sent back they were so bad. 2 Pesos used to be a good restaurant when in old location, next door. Has gone downhill tremendously. Bathroom smelled of raw sewage. Not the usual smell of bathrooms but backed up waste. Will not go back. I wouldn't waste your time or funds.

Love it every time I go! Good food, good people, fast service! I always try to eat at other Mexican restaurants and I always wind up disappointed because nothing compares to 2 Pesos. Been going here for over a decade!!

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.
The burrito grande is amazing, however it s bigger than a baby s leg so it s best shared. The only thing that I didn t like was that the salsa tastes too much of onions, and it s a bit too runny for me,(the cheese dip was so good that it made up for it).The service was fast and the wait staff was excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

Food was only okay and a bit too expensive. I wouldn't go again...

When we came in for lunch there was almost no one else in the restuarant eating. The ratings were good so we thought we would give it a try. The food was good and the service was good as it should be with an empty restaurant. The prices were a little high for a lunch menu by maybe a dollar or two. I hope to go back again for dinner sometime.

Bad service, I've been there 3 times exactly, i had chicken fajitas and it was good, but the service from the waitress was awful and when i ask her if the fajitas incluide tortillas she yelled "what kind of tortillas do you want!" And she never came back again. The chairs are all dirty, the mens room awful, BUT they supposedly have a 98 from the health department thats hard to believe.

Spent $60 on an order through Grubhub. I received a call within 15 minutes of placing my order from Grubhub stating there was a dispute between 2 Pesos restaurant and the Grubhub driver regarding my order. When the driver arrived the resturant claimed the food had already been picked up and out for delivery which was impossible based on the fact I just placed my order 15 minutes prior. Not to mention, the Grubhub App showed that my order as just being prepared. I can't blame.Grubhub for this ooe because it's pure mismanagemen on the part of the restaurant staff.

Had an excellent shrimp fajita chimichanga, so good.

It's been a long time since I didn't go to a place where the food was so poor in taste, even the hot salsa, not the one that comes with the chips, but the hot salsa they bring with your food. It burns your mouth yes, but no taste at all!!!! Sorry

It's been a few days and I am still in shock that I had to pay for sour cream for my Fajitas. $2.75 for tea leaves?

Service was lacking we were one of maybe 4 tables. Food was verry bland amd the beef looked like catfood....

The food was delicious! The hard shells were a little soggy, but we called in so they're weren't crispy by the time we got home. But definitely looking forward to a sit down meal there soon.

Good service and food on a mid afternoon visit. Enjoyed the margaritas and carnitas!

The service here was quite poor. Several drinks came out wrong. The only redeeming quality is the amount of food that you receive.

Juan or Ericka are awesome waiters. Very attentive.

This place has quick service. The chips and salsa are are wonderful. Customer service is really good. Outside seating is nice.

This is one of our hangouts, my work friends and myself.

I took my family for Cinco de Mayo 2017, and we all enjoyed it very much. I had the Alhambra a la Mexicana (steak and chorizo skewers), my wife had shrimp cerviche, and my son had a steak chimichanga. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Camerones Escondido (spelling?) best thing on menu. Cheese dip & Salsa best in town. Excellent drinks, be sure and ask for Juan as your waiter, OUTSTANDING.

I could eat their chips and queso every day! I love to try different menu items and do far everything has been delicious! Check it out.... fast, friendly, and convenient

Great service. You have to try the "Pufft Taco's". If you like Taco's and fried food, this is ticket.

Food tasted spoiled, bad service would recommend other places suck as Cozumel Grill and Zapopan

Food was seasoned wonderfully. Not just drenched in cheese like other Mexican restaurants I'm used to back home. Chips were stale and the staff were a little inattentive hence the 4 stars. Would be back again though.

Ate here with a large group which the staff handled surprisingly well. We had both the cheese and guacamole dip as appetizers. The cheese dip was good but the guacamole not so much, it tasted like it come out of a bag. I had chicken More

The host was very kind. The food wasn't very good at all. We ordered the lunch shrimp fajitas and one of the shrimp had a partial tail still on it and they were not de-veined properly. The cheese dip turned into cement after 3 minutes of being on our table. We also ordered fried ice cream and it was very good. It was the best thing about our meal. The service was mediocre at best.

I visited here after a day hiking at Oak Mountain and it was get post hike meal. The food was good and fresh, and the service was fast. Perfect place and meal for two hungry hikers!

The food was absolutely awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed it! We will be back!
